What a beautiful property! Our room was so beautiful. The staff were extremely pleasant and we especially loved our breakfast! We would highly recommend this property!

This beautiful property was a jewel of a find and an amazing refuge after a long trip from the US. Aurelie could not have been more welcoming when we arrived. The Catalan Mas is absolutely gorgeous in every detail! Our room was so comfortable and quiet. We happened to be the only guests on a Thursday night in January, so we had the whole place to ourselves. We were told to make ourselves at home and were offered an incredible wine selection from the owner’s vineyard from which to choose and settle up in the morning. We could not have been happier with our stay here and our only regret was that we could not stay longer. We would highly recommend this fabulous place!

Firstly even though we told them our arrival time the gate was not open to let us in. No one was answering the intercom, after a 20 minute wait we managed to get in. After a long travel day this didn't set our stay up well. We paid for a suite and I was totally disappointed with the room. The facilities listed tea and coffee making in the room and there was none. Also our flight home was not until 1 and they would not allow us to have the room any longer. Even through there was only 5 rooms. For the price and the lack of caring from the owners - I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it

Spent a long weekend with my wife at Mas Latour Lavail and already want to go back. It is less than a 10 minute drive from Perpignan city center, and it feels miles away. It's incredibly quiet, secluded, and across the street from gorgeous vineyards (the owner's). Everyone working there, including the owner and his wife, are lovely, thoughtful, and accommodating. The rooms felt like they had just been recently designed, the bathroom (especially the shower) was really nice, and we slept like champs all 3 nights on the large, firm bed. Try the wine made by the owner, Lionel. Rosé and red were both very good! If you are looking for a relaxing getaway with access to all kinds of nature and activities (the beach is a 10 min drive or 45 min bike ride away), you would be hard-pressed to do much better.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Leider wird in den Unterhalt nichts investiert, also gar nichts! Alles voller Spinnweben, alte Spinnweben, alter Vogeldreck. Richtig abstossend! Der Pool schön geschnitten ist derart dreckig, auch hier alter Vogelkot usw., dass wir ihn nicht genutzt haben, genauso wie der Patio. Auch die Liegen beim Pool, alle schmuddelig. Auf den Fitnessraum gehen wir besser nicht ein, winzig, steinaltes Equipment und dreckig. Das Frühstück am Samstag und Sonntag sehr spartanisch, weder Ei, Gemüse, Käse, Yogurt oder Fleisch. Einzig Brot, Butter, Konfitüre aus dem Supermark, am Samstag drei kleine Stücke Melone und Saft. Ab Montag dann Ei, Brot, Tomate. Es kommt darauf an, wer arbeitet bzw. Lust hat zu arbeiten und Letzteres ist allerdings grundsätzlich nicht ausgeprägt vorhanden. Das Zimmer an sich sehr schön, gross, das Bett bequem, auch das Bad passt. Auch im Zimmer allerdings (alte) Spinnweben und der Teppichboden ist wirklich alles ausser sauber. Klar, Südfrankreich ist und bleibt Südfrankreich, Unterhalt ist nicht die grösste Stärke. Wir erwarten auch kein Standard wie in der CH und dennoch, hier fragen wir uns, wie die bisher hohe Bewertung zustande kommt, für uns absolut nicht nachvollziehbar.

Tout est superbe: le mas entièrement rénové et décoré avec goût ( la pierre, le bois, le verre et le fer, ma gni fi que) la localisation, les chambres, l'accueil, le personnel avenant, le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse, la piscine, splendide Juste une ou deux remarques, dans la chambre (Tuilé pour nous) quel dommage d’avoir été mettre le bloc de climatisation sur le patio ce qui le rend complètement inutilisable a cause du bruit et qui fait aussi que les baies vitrées doivent rester fermées, le petit déjeuner mériterait d’être plus copieux avec notamment du salé Cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir
