Phòng sạch bong! Cảnh đẹp tuyệt vời! Tôi khuyên bạn nếu bạn nói tiếng Anh thì đừng gọi dịch vụ phòng. Chúng tôi đã gọi cho họ và người ở đầu dây bên kia nói: "Xin lỗi, không có tiếng Anh." rồi cúp máy vào tai tôi LOL! Ít nhất thì họ cũng cử người đến và cô ấy nhận đơn hàng của chúng tôi từ phòng. Đừng gọi bất cứ thứ gì trong thực đơn, chỉ cần ăn từ quầy buffet. Tôi đảm bảo với bạn là quầy buffet ngon hơn gấp 10 lần. Và đừng đến bãi biển bên kia cầu (có một chiếc xe đẩy chở bạn qua cầu miễn phí). Bãi biển đó cách cầu 50m, đừng đến đó! Tốt hơn là hãy bắt một chiếc DiDi hoặc taxi đến Dadonghai và ghé thăm bãi biển ở đó - hơi đông đúc nhưng tôi đảm bảo với bạn là nó hấp dẫn hơn về mặt thị giác! Ánh đèn vào ban đêm rất tuyệt và cũng có một phòng chờ trên tầng 33 nên nếu bạn đến đó khi chương trình biểu diễn ánh sáng đang diễn ra, thì thật tuyệt vời!

Amazing hotel, beautiful, spotless, amazing views of the sea, lush tropical pool area and the most comfortable beds ever. Staff were all soo lovely, especially the reception staff who were soo helpful, kind and patient with us as we tried to translate from English to Chinese.

There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to go across the bridge to find restaurants, which was a bit of a disadvantage. The service was very good. Fruit was brought to the room every day. And for my little girl's birthday, they also made a cake and she really liked it. I would like to thank the manager Sally for this.

Location is best in Sanya. Because there was helicopter, boat service and you can see ocean in front of window. Also you can do shopping near by hotel. It takes 10 minutes from this hotel. Breakfast was so many choices.

I stayed at this Resort for my birthday. Sally was kind enough to gift me a birthday cake. Her customer service is top tier. Friendly and ensure all was ok. The location is not bad, 30 minutes out from the airport. There are many activities to do near the resort so that was a plus.

My stay at this hotel was a good one. The hotel looks so beautiful at nights. The hotel is like 35-40 minutes away from the airport. There are activities that can be done at the hotel, such as helicopter rides. The view from the room is breathtaking. I was a bit sad that I was not able to fully use all the facilities at the hotel due to the surprisingly cold weather. The room was okay, I wish it had a bit more colour and beauty. The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Fruits and drinks were offered. Breakfast was good and the food available for room service was also good. Overall a good stay.

Sanya Phoenix resort location, view and service is great, we loved to stay for 5 nights.The reception manager Mr. Sally who speaks English upgraded our room into twin king bed suite which was perfect for us to stay comfortably.Thank you
