剛從這酒店逃離，住進了比它便宜的Holiday Inn Express。
這個酒店不要住，不要住，不要住！
剛到門口我心裏就咯噔一下，這門居然不是自動的，前台態度不像其他酒店那麼熱情。
拿了卡進電梯後嚇一跳，樓道這麼陰森，還有一股味道。
門一開，我絕望了。一股特別嗆的味道撲面而來，房間老舊且陰暗。地上有蟑螂兩小衹。
完了，訂的還是不能取消訂單的三晚。出門需要勇氣，樓道可以拍恐怖片；進門需要勇氣，味道好臭。
第二晚迷糊躺床上，突然刺耳的警報響起，所有人都走到樓下。二十幾分鍾才停。
早餐就角落一點蛋糕零食，咖啡和茶，沒地方坐，帶回房間吃。
我住過便宜的汽車旅館也比這酒店強10倍。
唯一的優點是旁邊有熊貓快餐，還有書店，挺方便。
看到我評論的千萬不要去住。

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable. We loved having a kitchenette available for when we wanted to make a simple lunch. Monica was the best, she provided us with kitchenware, extra towels, and was a joy to talk with! The hotels location is also great, you're surrounded by many restaurants, shops, and grocers. You're also only 3 hours away from the Grand Canyon if you plan on visiting. This hotel hits great essential needs for a great price and would book here again on my next visit!

Mold in the shower. Dirty towels. Dirty sheets. Stains on the mattress. This place was filthy. The fact its almost $300 a night is absolutely laughable. I will never stay at any extended stay ever again!

The room was not well cleaned. Went to put trash away in the kitchen trash and the can was full to include leftover food.

this is an older hotel, and it shows. However, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It served our purpose of having somewhere to sleep.

The rooms were decent. Could used a new mattress in our room, felt like we were slept on cardboard box, aside from that staff was friendly.

I have stayed in various hotels throughout the country over my years and I had not seen what I had seen since I was in Chicago in 1987. I will say that cleanliness just was not there. Just made for an uncomfortable atmosphere during my stay.
I will say that they tried to accommodate my concerns with what choices I had when checking in. My departure just assured what I experienced on my day of checking in.

ive been to 100's of properties and never left a review , but i feel i have to for this place , as u walk in u get the smell of death and old people immediately, if u have worked with senior citizens you know what smell im talking about , once in our room we immediately saw two cockroaches running around the floor , mind u we just drove up from san diego and its 11pm were to tired to complain and just want to sleep , hoping by the morning the little things are gone , I WALE UP AT 6am TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AND WHILE IM USING IT A FAT ASS COCKROACH RUNS THRU MY FEET !! i immediately freak out and killed it with my foot (keep in mind im going number 2 not much i can do here) god i wish i could get my money back or even better forget this ever happened, never staying here again and i recommend nobody else aswell unless u like little friends crawling with you

The bed was very hard. Two double beds is insufficient to accommodate a family. The room was not clean, the floors were sticky. Breakfast is not coffee and a cello-wrapped muffin. Very disappointing.
