Nice hotel and nice spacious room. We used the gym and pool which was great and breakfast was tasty with options of fresh fruit, Yogurt, toast, eggs, sausage and waffles etc. We enjoyed our stay however the lack of attention to detail on the rooms cleanliness was not 100% could have done with a good dust and the room smelled of cigarette smoke so needs a deep clean. The smell stayed on our clothes and could smell it when we arrived at the next hotel

Usually a good stay. When I visit the area this is the most convenient place to stay. Close to downtown, the bases, and the beaches are near by too.

Older building and a bit run down. Not "dirty" but just a lot of chips in the bathtub, and the tub was slimy and slippery. Small bathroom. Very basic.

Erika at the front desk was very helpful. We were able to sleep very well, the beds are soft and pillows are fluffy. Clean room and facilities. We did encounter a couple of very small roaches but killed them. It’s an old building, but well maintained, corridors are wide, sound proofing not bad, needs new carpeting and needs to be fumigated well.

Location was good, but the bed and bathroom were not clean, I found hair on the bed and at the shower.

I liked the lemon i fused water tower in the lobby and the coffee too!!!
I was not pleased with the room not being serviced for three of the five days of my stay.

The breakfast, dining and lobby area were always nice and clean. My room was good for the price and close to the Naval Air Station (visiting family) the outdoor area could use a little updating and the area isn’t the best around it but you can drive 30 mins to Pensacola beach, the mall, parks or nice restaurants.

Had to ask for a shower curtain, there was a used bar of soap in the shower and only one wash cloth. Tub was dirty and floors needed to be vacuumed. Front desk employee was very nice.
