Good place to Stay near ccity Center area. Breakfast good room clean.

Untuk kedua kalinya, kami kesulitan mendapatkan tempat duduk waktu sarapan. ruangan sarapan yang ber AC tidak mampu menampung tamu yang akan sarapan. kami mau dialihkan ke area di luar ruangan, kami menolak, karena membawa anak kecil dimana, makan diluar akan bercampur dengan perokok aktif. di ruangan dalam, ada tempat duduk tapi tidak boleh digunakan karena sudah 'reserved'. mohon pihak santika mereview ruangan sarapan/restoran agar bisa menampung tamu yang akan makan.

Lokasi strategis, mudah kemana-mana, di pusat kota Mataram.

Kamarnya Bersih dan nyaman. Tapi hanya satu saja ada masalah di restoran. Sy tunggu lama sekali, habis pesan makanan dan minuman.

Lokasi di depan taman sangkareang. Kamarnya bersih dan sarapannya enak.

I stayed in this hotel for one week with friend, the service of this hotel are very good, i like the view of the room very comfortable, then the restaurant are very nice there are many traditional foods, and l can see the Islamic Center views from the hotel

The room is clean, the AC and internet connecton is good, the croissant also moist (made by mbak Ari and mbak Yolanda) , thank you for santika mataram for make me feel like at hoom. All the team are very helpful. Especially mas Azhar, Chef Sanis and mas Zafar ,mas Nyoman, Mas Jun. I will come back again with the same room number. Thank you santika

Feeling like at home since the room is so clean, the net is good also the AC is cool. Mr. GM pak Abdullah and team are very hospitality (mbak Oci, Mas Azhari, mas Jufri and also mas Dodiek. The croissant is taste good and also lupis and getuk (traditional cake). Always santika in my heart

A new hotel in the central of Mataram city. .the room is clean and tidy, but you must inform to put mini refrigerator ( mini bar) in your room. Breakfast is great and many options of food and drinks

This is not my first time came here, and the situation is the same. The cleanness and the ambience still the same. Only a little incidents like a noise sound from the machine pomp and the internet connection from my room is annoying but the GM directly promt response and I moved to the room where I used to in that hotel in the next day , so everything is ok . The croissant is delicious also lupis and getuk the traditional cake, maybe in other days I can taste plecing kangkung here and ayam taliwang. All the team are friendly and helpfull . I will come back again
