The main complaint would be the housekeeping, or lack thereof. (For my TWO rooms) Day 1: we left the hotel that morning - returned later that day, to find only one of the rooms had been cleaned and the other was not touched. I went to speak with the front desk attendant, she was very apologetic because she, herself, did not understand why one of the rooms was cleaned and the other one was not. She contacted a housekeeper, who brought me clean linen and towels, for ME to change vs. helping me do so, or doing her job, all together and then took none of the dirty linen / towels. Day 2, Day 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room A and Day 1, Day 2, Day in 3, and Day 4 - NO Housekeeping for room B at all – the entire stay. The night before checking out – the same night attendant was so embarrassed and shocked when we told her, yet again, the rooms had not been touched, the whole trip!

This location had the nicest staff very polite and helpful. Down side for this price of the stay this hotel is very dated and had a bad moldy smell throughout the halls and rooms.

Air condition not working properly camot getting clocked up some kind of water running noise was comming both nights

Overall it was a great hotel only issue I had was that you have to pay for parking. It was only $12 but still after paying $127 for the night, parking should be included not an addition. Instead of advertising $127 overall price was $139 for the night.

The stayed was good, staffs are friendly and helpful, the place cleaned. The only thing that bring down the points is that I have to pay $12/night for parking.

A perfect choice ! Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful ! The room is very clean and quite new furnishes. I found some small surprises with joys such as multiple plugs under working desk in room, the cleanliness of faucets… the location is just 15 minutes drives to Dulluth or Norcross, where I can enjoy a lot of Vietnamese and Korean foods !

checked in on a Thursday. had to call for fresh towels. did not have room service until Tuesday. Wanted to buy a Star Bucks coffee. The person did not know how to operate the machine.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking when I’m already paying for a room the WiFi was not all that great either I’ll stick to air bnbs from now on

Rooms are really old strange order the beds were uncomfortable Be aware you will have to pay for parking, last year we stayed in Marriott not far from this hotel granted paid little more but didn’t had to pay for parking and rooms were a lot more comfortable This hotel needs major maintenance and updates From elevators to to the room Front desk staff was exceptional great and friendly only positive thing about the stay

I am disappointed that Hyatt feels the need to charge for parking. This is enough to keep us from coming back. Hampton down the street has better breakfast and free parking

Hyatt Place Peachtree Corners is one of the best hotels-for-the-price I've ever stayed. The staff was friendly and positive, the breakfast was outstanding, my room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The sink, mini fridge, and pet-friendliness were so helpful. From here on, this is my go-to hotel for the Roswell-Alpharetta area of Atlanta. Thank you Hyatt Place Peachtree Corners!

Hotel's entrance location is a little hard to find and parking is not free.

This property was old and dirty. Sofa and bed skirts had stains and it feels as though this property hadn't been updated in years

Excellent experience with the room. Could not ask for something better. The only negative experience was the surprise of being asked to pay for parking by signing up through an app which was an added expense I wasn't expecting.
