Upon entering hotel you can tell it’s very nice and welcoming. My reservation had not been made by clerk working day of booking, the kind lady helped me set up a room and assured me she would follow up with the person on shift as she was concerned about us having to wait and wanted us to be comfortable. Great customer service! Hotel room was great, beds oh so comfortable. Bathtub had a minor maintenance issue ( faucet and shower run at the same time). Over all great stay!

It was freezing in the room kept turning the temperature up but it never got warmer was -30 outside and my room was only +11 just disappointed. Ask the front desk if they could do a discount or something the lady there just said she wasn’t able to do anything.

Was everything a traveler needed, clean, easy access off highway, good parking. Room was clean and spacious.

Had to wait for 20 mins in the hallways after checking in for the cleaning crew to finish only for the room to still be uterly disgusting

Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were 8 senior high volleyball teams here during our stay and the management did a great job separating them from the other guests. We choose this property to stay in when we are in Peace River due to its cleanliness and nice size rooms.

I like the location and the Hotel. The food in the breakfast Hotel was very good and the service was excellent. However, the room lacked cleanliness and even though we switched rooms the cleaning still lacked majorly.

For a hotel that holds conferences and hosts people traveling due business it’s very disappointing they do not invest in a $200 laser printer for guests to use.
Aside from this, I was not pleased with the guest above me walking back & forth with high heels trying to get there daily steps. Called the front office staff they did nothing about it , so I called the room and the dude answered. Although he apologized he got up at 1:30am again to walk back and forth with his clunky heels

Our tv didn’t work and there was no one to help us to fix it. I called twice but no services. Also the internet is very poor.
