Great value. Got a free upgrade on one of our rooms, without even asking, in order for out rooms to be close together. The food was really good for an all inclusive, different choices every night and always several good options on the buffet. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and competent and the lifeguards at the pools and beach were professional and alert. Beach was really close and several choices for shopping a short walk from the hotel. Overall really happy with our vacation and wouldn't mind coming back.

This is my first time writing a review, but I think it’s important to share so others can get a better idea of what to expect when booking. After all, it’s quite a bit of money to spend, and I always read reviews myself when planning a trip. Transfer from the airport: The transfer from Gazipasa Airport to the hotel took just over an hour. The duration depends on how many stops the bus makes before arriving at your hotel. We had three stops before it was our turn. The bus was an older model, but it had decent air conditioning to make the ride bearable. The hotel: We were welcomed by the reception staff, who were friendly and helped us with our luggage to the room. However, we didn’t receive any orientation or explanation about meal times or other details. Instead, there was an information sheet in the room that listed breakfast, lunch, and dinner times along with some other useful info. We were two adults and one child. The room was a decent size—not luxurious, but livable. The bathroom, however, could definitely use an update. It wasn’t the cleanest, with cracks and wear showing on the shower walls. Still usable, but not the best experience. We had a partial sea view, which was nice. However, our room was facing the stage area, where loud music was played every evening starting at 9 PM. If you have small children who need to sleep, this can be a problem, as the music continues until around 11 PM. The hotel is also quite noisy overall. If someone slams a door, it sounds like your own door is being shut. The doors are not of great quality, so it’s very easy to hear noise from the hallway. Pool area: The pool area is fantastic. There are several pools to choose from. One larger, quieter pool is perfect for adults, while another pool offers activities throughout the day. Then there’s the children’s pool area with multiple water slides, which is ideal for kids—our child absolutely loved it. Lifeguards are present and do a great job making sure the rules are followed, which is especially important when many kids are using the slides at the same time. The pool areas are clean and well-maintained. The slides are open from 10:00–11:30 and 14:30–16:30. Food: The food is just okay—nothing to rave about. Most dishes lacked flavor, and there weren’t many options for younger kids. Our 4-year-old basically lived on fries and spaghetti for the entire week. There is some effort to vary the dinner options, but honestly, nothing stood out as particularly tasty. A big downside was the dinner service. It starts at 7 PM, and by then everyone is hungry and waiting at the door to rush in. It turns into complete chaos in the dining room, with long queues and growing frustration among guests. This really needs to be addressed. At another hotel we stayed at in Turkey, dinner started at 5:30 PM, which helped spread out the crowd. Some guests prefer to eat early, others later, so offering staggered times would be a much better solution. As it stands, dining at 7 PM is

SUPER COOL WORK DURING THE DAY AND 22:00. EVERYTHING IS SO CLOSE HERE - BEACH, POOLS, BARS, RESTAURANT. I LOVE THE PLACE AND RECOMMEND IT TO EVERY ONE! LOVE THE STAY. EVERYTHING WAS P.E.R.F.C.T. JUST CAME BACK!

Beautiful place with a large garden. Beach right in front of the hotel. The animation team takes care of you every day. Various refreshments and drinks throughout the day. Every evening a different animation program in the amphitheater, for children and adults. The employees are nice, always willing to help. The restaurant has a large selection, the service is very pleasant, especially Mr. Sahim, thank you very much. A very nice holiday, we would love to come back here.

First of all I want to give a big thanks to Mr. Taha in reception who sorted out some food to my wife when we just had arrived and the restaurants were having closed, and she desperately needed food due to diabetes. Perfect family hotel, our kids really loved it. Great food in the restaurants, particularly in the evening and breakfast. Massive sallad buffe with everything you’re asking about. The only thing I can complain over is there were same kind of food in the lunch restaurant every day. Aqua park was really good, both for children and adults, much better than I had expected. The room was clean and also all public toilets, the cleaners were there all the time. Perfect pools who were really quiet during the day despite so many people at the hotel. Overall we were really pleased with our visit at Club Turtas! Please say hi to Mr. Taha from me, Cheers!

Great Experience. The hotel is very nice and clean, with lots of green areas around the buildings which helps to relax in some shade, esecially when the temperature is very high. The food was delicious, great variety of choices, including some turkish options. We especially enjoyed pool animations and that's thanks to the great animation team. All the staff was beyond wonderful, always ready to help and accommodate any needs. We had rooms with a beautiful sea view, which were spacious and clean. When we arrived very late evening, even thought the dinner time was over, we could enjoy a late night soup which was a very pleasant suprise.

Hotel was clean and food good , staff very friendly . The staff at reception very helpful and always with a smile , they spent all our last night trying to sort our airport transfer and when it did not arrive the next morning quickly arranged an mini bus for nine people . This hotel mainly caters for main land European customers and we only met two other British guests in our two weeks there , ok for me but maybe not for others. Location ok 10 minutes walk to Konakli main streets . Can wave a dolmus down outside hotel and get dropped at Alanya bus terminus for 35 tl each . Which is a short walk to harbour and get dropped off directly across from hotel on return. Overall would go back to hotel , But would add we took 2 small children and only one buggy , when we needed 2nd buggy they changed 5 euro per day and no discount for weekly hire which is very expensive.

Even though hotel is old they are renewing many parts. Many things updated in the hotel since last year. They also trying to impove their quality. Foods are delicious. Animation team, waiters, chefs all worker do their best. I have to say animation team work hard to make your holiday fun. This hotel is very good especially for families. Aqua park is good enough to entertain. They care much about safety. Only thing is not perfect is sea. Sea is wavy and rocky. I absolutely suggest this hotel to stay.

It was amazing vaccation,food and drinks was great,sea was great,hotel services was great,just everything was great you must go there.I was there with familiy and we were so much satisfied.(I am from Czech Republic.)

After reading the reviews on here, we were looking forward to our family holiday at this hotel. We have stayed in lots of all inclusive hotels (including other parts of Turkey) over the years but this had to be the worst one we have stayed in. All inclusive should mean all inclusive instead of asking for more money where they can. We should like to state that we do not normally post complaints, but feel that strongly on this occasion we feel we must - if only to warn others in the way we wish someone had warned us what to expect. The hotel complex is quite a small area, it is kept clean and tidy and there are plenty of sun loungers for everyone around the pools or on the beach. We had 2 rooms booked, a double room and a family room. The family room was very small with bunk beds and a double bed in one room, this is difficult when you have children in their teens who really don’t want to share a room with their parents. The balcony’s are small too with a table and only 2 chairs so set for a couple not 4 people staying in the room. These rooms are the same size as the double room just with the bunk beds added in. You cannot sit out in the balcony as the air conditioning unit is fixed to the wall on the balcony blowing out hot air making it unbearable. The bathroom was of a good size but not great for 4 people sharing it. The hair dryer is in the bathroom, this makes it really hot drying your hair as the air conditioning in the room doesn’t reach the bathroom. I agree with other comments that the food was edible but is very repetitive. They do different themed nights but some of these foods are prepared in the afternoon, resulting in our party of 6 having stomach pains with vomiting, diarrhoea or both. In all the all inclusive hotels we have stayed at, you get a voucher to allow you to eat in the a’ la carte restaurant one night a week, however nothing was given for this hotel, you had to pay €30 per head for the meal, which is very expensive if you are a large party on top of what you have already paid for all inclusive. It got to the point where we really didn’t want to eat in the hotel so we ventured to Konakli town, having to pay for our meals but at a fraction of the amount the hotel was charging for their a’ la carte restaurant. To us, all inclusive holidays in the sun is where children can get an ice cream when they want, not at this hotel, only available on certain days (approx 2 or 3 times a week for a one hour slot or you missed it). We had to pay extra for ice creams at the shop on site. The drinks are served in plastic cups, small cups (less than a 1/4 of a pint) for coke, sprite, fanta etc or larger ones for a beer. We asked for our soft drinks in a larger cup to be refused as the manager said no, this is ridiculous when we have paid all inclusive. We loved our holiday in Turtas. Evening shows were wonderful and the atmosphere builded by entertainment team was great. Lovely people working there, being good to the cats around. Another great thing is snack bar near the beach with delicious watermelon every day and the best gozeleme in the world. Chill pool let you relax without kids. You can walk around the beach. Amazing time and will definitely come back!

It is very old hotel but some areas and the room we stayed renewed. Lobby must be renewed. It scares everybody at first. Hotel must be painted with a more attractive color. Hotel is well orginised. Pool aqua park and the sea are very close to each other. Trees are very good hotel is green. All staff do their best. Especially life guards are careful and they warn if something is dangerous. You can find at least 1 food for each type which is enough. There are some well thought subjects, for instance there are 3 slider areas. 1 for adults, 1 for kids (less than 5) and 1 for middle aged kids (between 5 and 8). Another example is pool chair for disabled people.

The hotel overall is lovely and almost all the staff were polite and accommodating. One staff member was always very rude to us. The all inclusive food wasn't great but there's a great range of food each day you can try. The A'la Carte Restaurant was fantastic and would definitely recommend (pictures of the mains are attached). The rooms were clean and air conditioned. The shower seemed very old and at one point it fell apart. The on site shops are handy if you've forgotten to pack anything. The beach was always very clean and the beach bar is open most of the day serving food and drinks. Definitely a place I could see myself going to again. Would recommend.

Came to club turtas for a week 7th-14th September, a family which consisted of 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 1 year olds, I wasn’t sure what to expect from the hotel but one thing is for sure we had the best time, the rooms were very clean, staff all lovely and helpful, plenty to do for all ages of our group, one thing that let the hotel down very slightly was the repetitive food choices but the food that was on offer was very nice, all in all I would recommend the hotel and would consider returning again.
