Good service

Большой отель! Были не в сезон. Но с погодой повезло. Номер достался большой, но в торце корпуса и наш 'якобы" балкончик представлял собой два стула на грязном куске бетона, причем за пляжным туалетом. Так как мы были 2 ночи, не стали возмущаться. Сначала положили два полотенца - остальные пришлось просить. Завтраки хорошие, так как много пакетников, то пообедать самостоятельным туристам в ресторане это целое приключение - отдельный заказ вводит персонал в ступор и ждать супер долго. Развлечений в отеле вечерами мы не застали. И в округе ничего нет. В шаговой доступности 1 ресторан (на 3+) и все. Если бы мы приехали сюда больше чем на пару ночей я бы была расстроена - честно. И это мы были на машине, могли самостоятельно доехать хотя бы до супермаркета. Кальян в отеле не берите - он ужасен.

L’emplacement est bon, très belle piscine ,jardin et plage magnifique. Le personnel est très fatigué et oublie la plupart du temps se qu’on leurs demande. Tout est très lent faut avoir beaucoup de patience. Si non en reste c’est pas trop mal.

Великолепный песчаный пляж. Рядом риф, на котором можно поплавать с трубкой (лучше договориться с отдельной службой на берегу правее. Хорошие ужины-буфет, алакарт не рекомендую. Если хочется больше морепродуктов - 10 минут пешком кафе Капитан. Из минусов: 1. главное: срочно на пляж нужны ещё лежаки. Ну не хватает!!! Занимать приходится, ну что за бред. Огромный пляж, места много, пальм много, под которыми полежать можно, а не на чем. 2. Завтрак слабоват, но голодными не останетесь. На мой взгляд не соответствует цене. 3. Далековато от всего, ну вообще ничего нет, тук-тук в помощь. 4. Персонал бывает, скажем, тормознут. Но стараются.

It was Calm like the name mentions. The reception and the staff was really friendly and good. The food was good and the rooms were well cleaned and nicely made. The experience in the calm environment was relaxing. A good getaway from the busy world.

Clean and comfy hotel in pasikuda We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Calm. Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money. Right in the heart of pasikuda.

The location is amazing and has a beautiful beach and plenty of space to relax. Rooms were very clean and the hotel is very spacious and very calm and relaxing. Landscaping is superb and has a well maintained green environment. Food was nice and staff were very friendly. Definitely going to visit again.

Overall a good hotel to stay at Passikudha. Friendly staff and beautiful interior, large environment and simply the place is calm and relaxing. Good food balanced with little varieties, but they made us wait for long time to refill the string hoppers. Hope they could improve it next time. Nice eye-catching pool. We loved the place

This is my first visit to this hotel. Everything in this hotel perfect for me. I love this hotel. Food was amazing. Restaurant staff gave a quality, good service. Front office staff also very kind and provide us a good care. I will visit again this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. Staff was friendly and attended to all our needs. Food was good and had a good spread. Pool was fun! The beach was calm and nice. Had scuba diving and snorkeling. Rooms were spacious and nice. All in all worth the drive from Colombo - 300+ kms - 6 hrs

We had a truly relaxing stay at Calm Resort & Spa in Kalkuda. Our Calm Suite was spacious and beautifully appointed, offering stunning sea views. The F&B team, led by the exceptional Mr. Pramod, provided impeccable service. We took advantage of the location and enjoyed snorkeling at Pasi Reef. Our two-day visit in September was a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Highly recommend!

The food quality was so good and buffet has so many varieties. Special thanks for the reception team for arranging the snorkeling trip for us. The quality of the room was also great . Room was so big. This is the best holiday destination during our entire trip. We will definitely visit pasikudah again

This is a great hotel on the edge of the ocean. Our room was very large and comfortable with huge bed and seating area with television. The staff were friendly and food was really good and plentiful. Outside there is a great pool surrounded by lawns with enough sun beds for everyone! The ocean can be a little rough but warm and a lot of fun.
