⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Unsanitary and Unsafe Stay I stayed at this hotel on January 7th, and unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable from start to finish due to repeated cleanliness failures and a serious safety issue. Upon check-in, we were assigned Room 309, which was clearly not cleaned at all. One of the beds was unmade, and there was trash left throughout the room from a previous guest. This immediately raised concerns about housekeeping standards, so we requested a room change. We were then moved to Room 303, which was also unsanitary. The bathroom had large amounts of long, dark black hair on multiple surfaces and inside the towels. As a blonde woman, this hair was clearly not mine. After showering and drying off, I discovered long black hair all over my body, which was extremely disturbing and unhygienic. I went to the front desk to request clean towels, hoping to resolve the issue. Shockingly, the replacement towels I was given also had hair on them, confirming that this was not an isolated incident but a serious breakdown in cleanliness and quality control. Under normal circumstances, we would have left immediately. However, due to no other hotels being available, we had no choice but to stay despite feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied. The following morning, our door actually opened while we were inside the room. We had the metal security door latch engaged, which is the only reason the person could not fully enter. The individual attempted to come inside using a key, realized the latch was in place, and then closed the door and left. This incident made me feel extremely unsafe and alarmed, especially given everything else that had already occurred. Between the repeated sanitation failures and the serious security breach, this stay fell far below even basic hospitality standards. I would strongly caution others to consider alternative accommodations until these issues are fully addressed.

Convenient location near the park and freeway. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean and spacious. Would consider this hotel again for our next stay.

Our stay was disappointing overall. While the hotel advertises free Wi-Fi, it is limited to email and basic web browsing only. For stable internet, guests are required to pay USD 10 per hour, which is unreasonable, especially since the connection is still unreliable. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. During our stay, the wall-mounted body wash bottle suddenly fell off, which raised concerns about upkeep and safety. Towels are also worn out and clearly need replacement. The hotel rate does not match the quality of the amenities provided. We specifically booked this hotel expecting free breakfast for our family, but were extremely disappointed to find that breakfast consisted only of granola bars for the entire stay. This was shocking, and had we known this in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel with better offerings. At check-out, we were rushed even though it was only a few minutes past the 11:00 AM check-out time. This seems to be a common experience with Anaheim hotels, but it still left a negative impression. Overall, the value for money is poor, and the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, transparency, and guest service.

The staff were very friendly. I took the Amtrak train and arrived at the hotel in the morning. I was able to check in around 10 a.m. and felt so happy. The hotel is located close to Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious, with a soft bed and great amenities. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.

The room was kind of clean but there was a dead bug on the floor when we first walked in. The parking situation was ok. It does get filled quickly so they double park cars. There is also no room service available at the moment.

不錯，各方面都還可以，距離迪士尼很近，但是由於入口在園區的另一側，所以需要步行大約20分鐘，如果考慮不開車和省錢停車費的玩法，還是不錯的，我們住了兩晚

離迪士尼蠻近的如果不趕時間其實可以散步過去～，沐浴乳洗髮精吹風機都有，空間還蠻大的，也有免費停車還不錯
