The hotel is located close to parma and close to a very good restaurant. Breakfast was ok, nothing uncommon. It was a plesant stay.

Been many times in this structure, I compromised on the room comfort because they had excellent breakfast.....now in pandemic also the breakfast became poor and limited. No interest to book there.

Un grande albergo nella campagna. Interni frutto di vari ammodernamenti. Comodo parcheggio incluso. Camere nella norma, bagni ampi e spaziosi. Colazione in linea con la tipologia di hotel

Camera grande,sulenziosa, ben climatizzata e letto comodo; colazione varia e abbondante,servizio di check in e check out rapido, personale molto gentile.

入住接待服務毫無表情，感覺不受歡迎！公路旁老酒店，缺乏維護！早餐品質不好，進餐環境一般般

房間不錯 乾淨衞生，有免費停車場。離市區有點遠。服務人員服務很熱情。

Ottimo hotel con tanto di personale disponibile super consigliato davvero soddisfatto del mio soggiorno di lavoro 🙂 Facile da raggiungere proprio collegato benissimo perché è proprio vicino alla tangeziale si può andare dovunque . Voto 10

Facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada,hotel molto accogliente, pulito e silenzioso.favolosa la colazione bella abbondante.ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.poi per chi come noi viaggia con il cane è molto prezioso.ci ritorneremo

The rooms were in poor condition and had the following issues: - ants all over the floor - water from the shower would leak into the bedroom - no air flow in the bedroom. Heater and air conditioning does not work - mini frige did not work - theres no need for a huge glass door between the bathroom and bedroom when the room is already so small This hotel is a 2 star hotel

Good location if you have a car. Rooms were very small and the showers get water all over the floor. All of us had ants in our rooms. The breakfast buffet was decent, and staff were nice enough.

This place could use a bit of sprucing up. The property looks a little run down. Our room was a nice size but quite sparse. The shower was nice- a rain shower head. Unfortunately, we were situated over the garbage cans. At 6AM we were rudely awakened by the garbage truck emptying several huge garbage dumpsters. It seemed to take forever. The breakfast was alright but much of the bread products seemed to be day-old and very dry. When we asked the front desk to help us making arrangements to tour a cheese making facility, they were no help. In fact the one man said you can’t make one for tomorrow. It’s impossible. Not true. On our own we ended up finding someone who could help us and had a wonderful tour the following day. The pictures make this hotel look much better than it really is.

The rooms are outdated, beds were so uncomfortable, the AC didn’t really work, there is no restaurant near by that you can walk to and they don’t open for lunch .

The AC barely works. Asked for someone to come check but they never did. Lots of mosquitos in the room and my daughter got bit a lot overnight. It also just smelled and felt damp. The room never really cooled off. Front desk staff were very nice! Only stayed for one night to visit a friend who lives in Parma. Breakfast had a lot of options but no hot food.
