We booked the largest king room with sofa bed and kitchen. Unfortunately, its windows were to the street - not a highway, but pretty noisy 24/7. In general, it was clean, but my grey socks and legs were black after about an hour of gathering and repacking luggage. Breakfast - amazing. Eggs, sausages, bacon and hash browns. Hot oatmeal and waffles available (the latter with different flavors). Starbucks coffee with many options (I used only black Americano though). A lot of toppings , fresh fruits, etc. Overall - super. Tee and coffee are available 24/7 near reception (breakfast area is on the 2nd floor). Laundry - outdated and contains only one set of appliances, but pretty cheap (＜ $3 for the full cycle and quite fast (kind of 45+45 for gentle).

通過攜程訂的房間，我看了一下應該是該樓層最小、最奇怪的房型。床品還行，設施非常老舊 可能酒店比較老，窗户上開了個洞裝了類似於空調的裝置，幾乎沒有隔音，感覺住在街上因為位於醫院隔壁，半夜有救護車🚑穿梭。 位置在9街附近，西雅圖市區也不是很大… 附近有超市和便利。 值得一提的是餐廳，兩家水準都很不錯，服務來講，有需要的時候前台電話永遠沒有打通過… 衞生還行，床品也還行 酒店valet parking 60刀一晚，街對面共同停車場自停即可，便宜很多

Nice room. Big n classic. The location near shopping center and food market. So no need to worry about the food or what you gonna eat. The staff also nice. Either is Reception, waiters and cleaners all nice.

기본 숙소보다는 확실히 좋습니다. 단 인터넷 연결을 매일 연결해얗합니다. 인터넷 무료 와이파이는 좀 불편했습니다. (화상회의 불가함) 호텔측에서 이건 반드시 개선이 되어야할것 같습니다.

Good value for money.. but do not expect prompt service. We reserved a room with 4 people but when checked in there were only 2 towels. We have to asked for them twice and waited for more than 1 hour to get another 2 towels that we needed. When we checked in, the hotel made clear that we had to ask for the room to be cleaned if we wanted to. They have a policy not to enter the room without the guests specifically asked then to.... which is fair and understandable. So on the second day we wanted 2 new towels. Hours later after we left for lunch, they brought 2 new ones and took 3 old ones... so we were again one short. Besides these incidents, all went fine.

항상 LA 출장때마다 묵는 호텔입니다. LA 다운타운과는 좀 거리가 있지만, 그래서 조용하고 좀 더 안전합니다. 한국 사람들이 많은 지역이라 그런지 근처에 한식당들도 많습니다. 숙소는 깔끔했고, 메이드분들도 전문적이었습니다. 피트니스센터 시설과 청결도가 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 코인세탁실에 세탁기와 건조기가 1대씩밖에 없었고 필터 청소가 주기적으로 되지는 않는 것 같아 보였습니다. 그걸 제외하면 객실이나 전반적인 experience는 다 좋았습니다.

親1人とティーンの子供2人で宿泊しました。スタッフは私が英語が苦手な事を伝えると、分かりやすい英語で、とてもフレンドリーに対応してくれました！ 廊下は確かに少し暗いかもしれません。また、廊下の匂いは恐らくキッチンのあるホテルだからで、スパイスのような匂いがしますが、嫌な匂いではありません。 お部屋は清潔で、お湯もちゃんと出ました。 食器や鍋、ドライヤーは受付にお願いして借りる必要があります。食器洗いのスポンジと洗剤はないので、別途持って行った方が良いです。 タオル類は、交換して欲しければ受付に持っていけば交換してくれます。 長期滞在型のホテルなので、ルームクリーニングは2週間に一度です。必要があれば、別途有料で受けてくれるそうです。 朝食は、チョコマフィンが人気ですぐなくなってしまうので、早めに取りに行った方が良いです！ 温かいコーヒー、お湯もあります。 歩いて2分程でスターバックス、5分程でウォルマートがあります。 生鮮食品は、ラルフまで行った方が品揃えが良いとスタッフが教えてくれました。こちらは車が必要だと思います。 ベッドの横幅は150cm程度で、1台に2人が充分に寝られます。 治安が良さそうで、子供連れでも安心して宿泊できました。ただ、近辺を歩いている人はあまり見かけないので、車はあった方が良いかもしれません。 5つ星にしか泊まった事のない人にはオススメしませんが、旅慣れた人なら満足すると思います。 私はここのホテルがとても好きです！ また是非泊まりたいと思います。

No hairdryer in room after checkout I found out you had to order one at the desk. The breakfast is just a coffee bar with granola bars Bathroom needs a serious cleaning and overhaul Hot water is fine but the shower head limits the water flow allot The room smells musty and we had to open the windows to try to have a clean smell I am sure this was a nice hotel at one time. But it needs updating Especially the hallway carpet
