Rất Tốt
TTài khoản kháchLocation is fine. Close by the casinos/Reno event conference, but no homeless. Check in staff was friendly. Room/bedding are consistent with my expectation on a Courtyard. I didn't use the swimming pool but noticed it is pretty small. Parking is $12 a day and in a structure across the street. Overall, it met my expectations and is good.
TTài khoản kháchThe air conditioning was broken and while I understand this could not be helped the resolution was 2 drink vouchers. No information was provided when I walked past the front desk, I had to call down to the desk because the room was so warm and no update was shared with guests that it would not be fixed that day so guests could plan accordingly.
I love Hiltons and will always stay at a Hilton when I can, but I will not stay at this location in the future. Communication was poor and after a long business trip and a VERY hot day I just needed to sleep which I could not do because it was so warm.
TTài khoản kháchWe came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain?
At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8” child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three ”resorts” in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more!
Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.
TTài khoản kháchThe third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.
TTài khoản kháchCompetitively speaking, for the price. It’s a nice place, good location, always quiet. My goto when traveling. Lived in the region for 20 years
TTài khoản kháchBooo… this one is at the bottom of my list Well, if you have an opportunity to stay at a different hotel, closer in town little more expensive if you can afford it, try not to stay too long at this one it’s an old hotel. It’s a old stinky casino needs to be leveled and rebuilt wrong part of town, a lot of transient people on the street. I did not like it but it was cheap. It was clean and old and stunk phone. Desk was friendly maintenance was nonexistent. I change the filter in my AC unit because it was nasty. I stayed there for two night. The only thing that was comfortable was leaving my truck outside because they had security in a fenced in area. Security walk to grounds all the time not nice not good I don’t like.
