NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhI booked room with pay at the hotel with breakfast ! First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

TTài khoản kháchWe came with friends as we usually do every February. Shanica greeted us with such a smile! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Our friend even had the room next door with a fireplace! The entryway was warm and inviting and very comfortable. Even had a table out there where we could play games and talk. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and had nice towels. This why it is our favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge!

JJustafamilytrip14Over all had a wonderful stay! Both pools were pretty clean, didn’t see any major issues of dirtiness or mess. They were constantly cleaning and making sure the property was clean. The breakfast options were really nice. The only issue we had with our room was the floor was dirty when we had arrived but everything else was very clean!

HHrishi MenonWe stayed here for 3 nights as a family. The hotel has a lot of facilities to keep kids happy and engaged. Indoor waterpark was good with quite a few slides. Thanksgiving decoration was beautiful. They also did a lot of activities right from 8:30 am until 9:45 pm to entertain the families and kids, and that was really nice of them. Rooms were OK, it didn't have a microwave. They have a breakfast place, ice cream shop, flavored pop corn and sweets/candy shop, and a pizzeria. The breakfast place had ”A la carte” option, no buffet. Overall, it's a very nice place for families with kids. The kids will never feel bored even if they have to spend a whole day in the hotel. And location is perfect.

TTài khoản kháchWe usually stay in hotels, and our first night here was pleasant. The service was good, and the room was clean, well‑stocked, and the King bed was very comfortable. However, the room itself felt a bit cramped, and the bathroom was much smaller than what we’re used to.
Our biggest issue came on the second night, when the parking lot noise was extremely loud and made it difficult to rest. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and definitely met our expectations.

TTài khoản kháchI was worried but I am glad I gave them a chance. Some of the reviews had me scared but my experience was great. First and most important to the person who said the place had bedbugs I looked trying to find one and I never did see any. The linen was so clean I honestly think it was new, the sheets and the towels. Mirrors had no streaks or spots on any of them. The shower had no water stains or spots. The fridge looked like it had never been used. It was so clean. I have never been able to sleep on a new bed without waking up to the worse back pain and for the first time ever the pain was less than as if I was at home in my own bed. Pleasantly surprised! I also seen some complaints about the breakfast so let me tell you….awesome! There was quite a selection to choose between biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, yogurt an assortment of juices, muffins and they kept it stocked clean and great! When I go back my next visit I will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for such a great experience.

TTài khoản kháchWell let's see the check inn was a little long even though it's very popular had to wait in line for about 40 minutes even with reservations. It was pretty smooth after that. Wasn't bad at all for a 2 star hotel and the location can't beat it either.

TTài khoản kháchKhách sạn cũ hơn nhưng sạch sẽ. Thuận tiện đến Gatlinburg, và đường công viên Smoky Mountain. Căn phòng có mọi thứ bạn cần tủ lạnh mini, máy pha cà phê nhỏ, máy sấy tóc. Thang máy lên tầng hai và ba. Nhưng không thuận tiện đến cả hai cuối của lối vào ngoài trời lớn. Giường rất thoải mái. Căn phòng có một chiếc TV màn hình trạng trơn nhưng điều khiển từ xa không hoạt động. Chúng tôi đã cố gắng gọi điện cho quầy lễ tân, nhưng điện thoại cũng không hoạt động. Khi chúng tôi đến quầy lễ tân để nói với họ, họ nói họ không biết các phòng có điện thoại. Họ cho chúng tôi một điều khiển mới cũng không hoạt động. Chỉ có 1 khăn giặt và khăn tắm trong phòng, nhưng họ cho chúng tôi thêm khi chúng tôi đến quầy lễ tân. Máy lạnh hoạt động tốt. Hồ bơi mở nhưng không được sưởi như quảng cáo.
