MMJ98Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

BBader151The hotel was so clean as if it is newly opened. The room was specious, also the bathroom. Located in very convenient surroundings. Receptionist was so helpful. There is a nice coffee machine at reception with very nice coffee complementary for guests. The only thing that I didn’t like that there is no iron and iron board in the room. Generally I enjoyed the stay.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhI recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong.
Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

RRolandinhoOnly suited for people with small luggage. We had 2 suitcases and it was basically impossible to conveniently handle and open even one large suitcase in our hotel room.
We had no housekeeping after our first night. I don't know if this is normal or not.
Our courtyard room was quiet but a bit dark. Staff was nice.
After all, we weren't sad about leaving this hotel after two nights.

After checkout i told the front desk that i had left my adaptor in the room, that time my room already had new guest check in. And the staff is nice enough to knock on the door of room and i manage to get back my adaptor.

TTenzin QuekLovely hotel in a historic setting. Pity there’s no slippers provided. We spent over half hour trying to find the parking lot only to find the it’s just located by driving into the K&O shopping centre next to the hotel. Beats the heck out of following the hotel issued map.

TTài khoản kháchVery clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.
The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!
I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.
