The rooms were nice, service was impeccable from the front desk to the restaurant and bar, the problem that I had was the first day my room keys were canceled, the third day my keys again didn’t work, and my final night my room keys quit working and could not be fixed so I had to get an escort to my room to be let in every time I left. Every staff member was eager and always willing to help. They were great.

Love the front desk staff, especially the man with golden hair. He is so kind and welcoming, and have such a soft voice that make me feel already relax. will definitely book the hotel because of all the good staff.

啥都沒有，這就是美國鄉村的標配高樓酒店。早上5點半的私人小飛機有點吵。不過價格實惠100美金，你不能再要求更多。新裝修沒有味道了，反正是睡一覺罷了。據説9月要變成IHG的CROWN PLAZA。

The stay was amazing I love the courtyard stay the rooms are so clean fresh and being outside in the patio chairs having a few beers was the best feeling of relaxing. I felt safe and seeing security guards doing there rounds made it more so very comfortable stay.

Dust found on light fixtures and floor as if no one has vacuumed the room for 2 decades. Free breakfast was the redeeming quality of this hotel

The manager told me it was my job to call someone to solve my already paid booking when their system was down upon arrival. Location is ok. Small shopping center next door. Pool is comfortable. The room was gorgeous and quite large. Huge beds, clean, quiet.

The room was just as expected. Towels were clean. Showerhead was excellent. Beds were perfect front desk was awesome. Maintenance was never called. Never needed. Breakfast was good little light, but good love the pancake maker I would recommend staying again.
