Good points are that it is convenient to get to the airport via the freeholder shuttle bus. And the staff show excellent customer service skills. Rooms are big. Nice gym. Bad points are the rooms are shabby, adjoining doors means you can hear your neighbours, bathroom and rooms have seen better days.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport is a significant advantage. However, some guests note that accessing the property without a car can be challenging, and the surrounding area lacks dining options. One guest commented, “The location was very difficult to get to without a car.”

The room was clean, modern and compact, albeit with limited furniture. The location is ok if you are the travelling in to Penn Station Newark - it’s about 6 minutes walk. The best feature was the hotel shuttle which was fast, efficient and gave us peace of mind to get to our flight on time.
