Só usamos carro pra ir numa praia mais distante, mas, fora isso, impossível usar o carro. Silencioso, cama deliciosa, totalmente reformado. Eles dão cortesias de bebidas e voucher de 30 dólares diários pra usar com comida e bebida. Surpreenderam a todo momento. Reservem de olhos fechados. Atenção: Estacionamento custa 35 dólares por noite. Mas se for pra hotel mais distante, vai gastar mais que isso pra ir e voltar de Uber, além de não ter a comodidade de estar na energia da ilha. Fui com esposa e filho, ou seja, não fui atrás de muvuca nem bagunça. Foi top!

Hotel had a great vibe, filled with plants and was very colorful in the lobby, a true feeling to the name, Havana cabana. The pool was the best part, so clean and had inner tubes to float around and relax. Two complimentary drink passes during check in was a plus. Food was excellent for lunch and breakfast. We went as a family trip so the only downside was there weren't a lot of kids. At one point we thought it was ”adult only” but then towards the later afternoon we started to see more kids. Rooms were clean and service was good. Definitely will stay again.

Overall the hotel room was spacious and clean. Only minor complaint was the shower pressure could have been stronger. I also found a strand of long hair in the bathtub when I used the shower for the first time. Otherwise everything else was good.

The hotel was great, clean and with all the necessary. The service at the restaurant was rather slow. The main remark relates to lack of clarity from Trip and the hotel on added costs: valet parking is ”mandatory” as the hotel doesn't allow guests to self park. This comes at a (hidden) cost of 50 usd per day plus taxes. The manager didn't mention this when we asked about the big deposit they were taking on our credit card. Unfortunate surprise contrasting with the wonderful time we had at the hotel.

Das Resort ist ein wahres Paradies: Die Lage direkt am Meer, die atemberaubenden Ausblicke und die stilvolle Anlage lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, komfortabel und extrem sauber. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und umsorgt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der außergewöhnliche Service von Alan und seinem fantastischen Team. Sie haben wirklich alles dafür getan, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ob es um individuelle Wünsche, wertvolle Insider-Tipps für Key West oder einfach nur freundliche Gespräche ging – Alan und sein Team waren immer mit einem Lächeln und größter Professionalität zur Stelle. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail: Von der perfekten Organisation bis hin zu kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Unterschied machen – der Service war einfach erstklassig. Man merkt, dass Alan und sein Team mit Herz und Leidenschaft dabei sind, und das spiegelt sich in der gesamten Atmosphäre des Resorts wider. Wir können das Southernmost Beach Resort wärmstens empfehlen – nicht nur wegen der traumhaften Lage und der luxuriösen Ausstattung, sondern vor allem wegen des außergewöhnlichen Service, der jeden Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht. Vielen Dank an Alan und sein Team für diese wundervollen Tage.

Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Parking is NOT included. I'm a bit annoyed about that because I didn't find anything about that when reserving the room. I even called and left a message on the concierge line asking about parking but never got a callback.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sollte dringend renoviert werden. 1 Nacht für 400 Dollar, für zwei Betten lohnt sich dort nicht. Das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr teuer. CORONA- Dose für 8 Dollar usw. Check in Personal zum Teil sehr unhöfflich. Das Meer war auch nicht wie auf dem Bilder...
