Really enjoyed the service at the hotel. Very nice facade and modern looking. We booked a room with pool view and it was very spacious for us, a family of four. Kids enjoy the bathtub as well. The breakfast and the spread was decent. However, there was no shelter walkway from the hotel building to the lobby and restaurant, so it was very inconvenient on a rainy day. The hotel staff ferried us with the large umbrella to and fro, so I guess this was considered a plus point.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Free coffee for breakfast was a nice surprise. Overall it's good for budget travellers, but there were 2 issues. First of all, no hot water in the shower. It was slightly warm at most. The second thing is that there is a gap between walls and the ceiling of the toilet (like in public toilets). That means your roommate will clearly hear you poop, so maybe consider another hotel if you are in a new relationship. I also prefer to have shower gel and shampoo in big dispensers instead of small (10ml) bottles. It's better to reduce single use plastic.

The hotel was excellent value for money- Our room was clean and spacious with a very good selection of TV channels. A very good sized bed although maybe the mattress might be a little firm for some guests. Good storage space for clothes and a good sized bathroom- A very good breakfast choice to complete a very enjoyable relaxing stay. Good area, staffs were helpful and the room are big, the bed is soft and comfy…will be there again if i have to something to do in this town..

Overall the hotel is really.  The staff are better than good, they are amazing.  Very nice and helpful.  The breakfast is really good too.  The breakfast staff amazing.  The hotel is slightly dated though.
