Rooms are very nice the only downside of the room was barely no hot water. Beach is beautiful. Service and staff was good ok but lots of trainees and not well managed and trained personell. Breakfast was way under average in terms of quality and especially variety. Not even 3 stars in this respect. Food and service at the beach restaurant was good especially the service from K. Namphung and her team was very good. Cleanliness of the entire resort including pathways, water ponds can be improved.

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..

Останавливались в этом отеле на 3 ночи. Мы выбрали данный отель, так как нам понравилось его местоположение - в непосредственной близости с пляжем Банг бао, но при этом по доступной цене. Для удобства передвижения по острову персоналом отеля нам был предложен хороший мотобайк без какого-либо залога. Владелец отеля Jay вообще очень внимательный и радушный хозяин, готовый помочь в решении любого вопроса. Он рассказал нам об интересных местах на острове, которые стоит посетить, где вкусно поесть и даже где лучшее место на острове для созерцания заката. По нашей просьбе Jay организовал нам обратный трансфер в Бангкок на скоростном катере и частном комфортном автомобиле. Номер в котором мы жили был большим очень светлым и стильно оформленным. Кровать большая, с удобным матрацом, большим количеством подушек и белоснежным постельным бельём кондиционер современный, не шумный, быстро охлаждал достаточно большое помещение. Из комнаты есть выход на небольшую террасу с чайным столиком и видом на сад, есть сушилка для белья. В номере установлен современный телевизор с функцией смарт тв и доступом в интернет. Ванная комната просторная, проточный водонагреватель работал хорошо, есть принадлежности для личной гигиены. Для отдыха на пляже гостям подготовлены пляжные полотенца и циновка. При заселении гостей ждёт комплимент от отеля. Мы отлично провели время в отеле, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё, Спасибо Jay 🙏

We stayed at Bunyagard for a week in February. There are 8 cozy bungalows (2 rows of 4), each with a charming feel. Free water, tea, and coffee available around the clock. Simple but delicious breakfast buffet. The rooms are small, but we knew that in advance. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious! Walls are thin, which wasn’t a big of a deal. There’s been only one night with a fighting couple (hope they sorted it out by now). All other nights were peaceful. The backyard landscaping is beautiful and really well maintained — a little green paradise! There’s a shortcut through another resort to the beach — just ignore the “No Trespassing” signs and be respectful by picking up after yourself (the staff told us that as long as visitors keep the beach clean, the resorts don’t mind). Super friendly staff who helped us with heavy luggage and arranging ferry taxis. To dry our clothes we hang a line outside of our room and it wasn’t until checkout that we noticed the staff adjusted our amateur knots with some really professional knots. THANK YOU Bunyagard (next time you need to teach us)! One lady is fluent in English. And with google translator we’ve been able to communicate with all the staff. Where there’s a will, there’s a way ;) 5/5 🤍 We’re definitely looking forward staying at Bunyagard again!
