SShue44You can easily walk to landmarks like the Marquis of Pombal statue, Eduardo VII Park, and nearby department stores. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable!

That does include a gift pack of a blanket, treats and a couple of nice collapsible bowls. Make sure you ask for it if you have a pet. The room is small, but efficient, unless you have a number of large suitcases. Even with pre check in you still need to present your passports and fill out forms with emails and phone numbers. Probably not worth the time to pre-check in.

DDAI ZHENGXI設施：一進門就有一個非常好玩的小電梯，大家來了一定要試一下。 衞生：打掃得非常好，很乾凈。 環境：距離自由大道的Lv步行10分鐘左右，步行20分鐘可以到升降機，30分鐘內就可以到到海邊。基本上可以靠步行就可以把市中心逛完了。旁邊2分鐘的位置有便利店和葯店。 服務：服務給贊，最後一天不小心弄臟了床單，給前台的小哥説了以後詢問需要賠償多少錢，他説，不用擔心，這不是什麼問題，最後還安慰了我説，一切都OK的。最後我們去便利店買了東西送給他們表示感謝。很暖心，下次去了里斯本還會選擇這裏。早餐也不錯。推薦大家點他們的皇家蛋，絕絕子，一口一個，超級好吃。 對了，來了一定要出海看落日，絕了。氛圍感無敵！ 選擇的時間建議4:30-6:30，可以看到完整的落日。

NNgười Dùng Ẩn Danh酒店位置不在城裡，但是走路十分鐘有地鐵站可以到老城區時間不長，而且也因為不在城裡打車交通去機場之類的特別方便。酒店早餐都非常不錯種類豐富質量也可以而且服務特別好。SANA是葡萄牙當地的酒店連鎖，質量服務都蠻有保障的。酒店所在的位置就在飛機降落起飛的航網上，但房間裡邊隔音不錯，如果想看飛機拍飛機的話堪稱一絕。

TTài khoản kháchThe hotel us just right in front of the Olaias Metro Station. It is very convenience to travel from the Airport and in town. It is very fast by the Metro. The room is in good size for traveling and visiting. The breakfast is good and enough for us with good coffee. Things are well attended。 If we found the air conditioner was not working properly, the night receptionist will come to our room immediately to help us. When we checked in the receptionist is not very presented, she said you have booked city view room, the room is like that. When.we went in the first room it was on the 6th.floor, there was no view at all. I then returned to request changing room, the a room on 11th floor was given. She said if you want to change for higher floor, you have to said to my manager, she is off today. So the next morning, I asked the manager, she was so helpful and immediately gave me a room on higher floor to get rid of the two sided walls. To what I believe us that if the young receptionist presented in a more friendly way, and offer her services to request her manager rather than asking the customer to approach her manager directly. So far we are happy with our stay and hopefully the hotel could improve the customer services with the young lady receptionist.

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

SSergio MedykThe hotel is well located, nearby the Parque Eduardo VII and not far from the downtown. It has average facilities with questionable staff service, especially when it comes to front desk reception employees. In any case, pretty standard 3 stars hotel which accepts children in the same room as the parents - making the hotel suitable for families. Looking for a ironing board over 3 nights of stay was the downside, no irons available which was very disappointing. Front desk always stated they would deliver in the next morning, never came and it was rehersed - got the same excute from 2-3 different front desk employees. On the other hand the breakfast and swimming pool are good for what you pay for. Recommended for short stays only.
