TTài khoản kháchOne of the best accommodation we have ever experienced! when we arrived we have been greeted with a smile by Ms. May and her staff in their cozy cafe and the paper for checking has been prepared. We were informed with every detail for the activity that are available at the location. Every time we have a request we are always being catered with a genuine bright smile. Note that there place is astoundingly beautiful, neat and clean. What you see on their photos are what exactly it is in person. Free breakfast are also so delish, there daing na Bangus is a must try! what makes an accommodation enjoyable is not just the place itself, but also the staff and the people that works in it, Big thanks to Ms. May for the service she and her team have provided, we remember every kindness and smile you have shared with us, you made our staycation memorable and would definitely comeback! hoping your place got the recognition it deserves soon!

TTài khoản kháchGood -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals).
Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here.
Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

Llouie aquinoMy booking was somehow changed to a 2 single bed studio so my partner and i had to push the beds together. Netflix doesn’t work on the remote we were stuck with random cable networks. They fixed the hot water issue so that was great. I can hear the staff shouting around outside the our room. I think Bedbox Hotel would’ve been a better choice

TTài khoản kháchIt has a beautiful pool area that could do with more shaded areas and table service , no room service between 10 pm and 7 was disappointing and our room wasn’t serviced the whole 3 nights we asked for clean towels on second night staff were lovely but the restaurant has a very limited selection as too breakfast options are poor !

TTài khoản kháchWe arrived at noon but needed to leave because it was not 2 pm. The lady did checked us in in advance, i paid Php1000 deposit before we left, we were told to just come back and they will let us in.
We came back just before 2pm. 3 of us needed to go to the city while 3 others stayed. When I arrived with my hubby and brother, we were surprised that my brother's wife and family stayed in the lobby waiting for us, said that they were not offered to go to the room since i was not there. Meanwhile, when we arrived this morning, the staffs are aware that were were all together as they were taking pictures of us in the lobby, they have this special mini stage that turns while taking 360 degrees selfie.
I was disappointed that our family was left in the lobby waiting instead of assisting them to our room.
Room is reasonably clean.

TTài khoản kháchThe place was nice. Great location, very close to the beach. Pool was nice too. Downside is that they didn’t provide towels for each guest, we had to ask for extras.
I would still recommend it to others, might return also for its closeness to the beach area.

LLiezl ValdezA little bit disappointed kasi pagpasok mo palang ng room incomplete siya. Wala man lang naka steady na cups , water, sabon, toothpaste, etc. Hindi refreshing ang amoy and the toilet and bathroom is not clean. And medyo napuyat kasi till 12am ata yung music at may kasama pang bata. They did not even consider yung blanket na hndi kasya yun sa isang tao lang so pinabayaran payung extra blanket well infact dapat tig isa naman dapat yun kasi bayad naman yung room as 6 .
But the positive side is mabavait yung staff nila at the location of the resort is maganda dahil malalapit siya sa mga tourist spots sa bolinao.
