We had a short but pleasant stay the night before we left for the airport. We arrived late but the check-in was smooth and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. They inadvertently made up the sofa bed in the wrong room but quickly rectified it once we called, even though it was late at night. Small but comfortable room for a family of four with a great breakfast. An easy walk to the train station to head to the airport. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to families looking for a central, clean, and reasonably priced accommodation! Thanks for a pleasant stay!

This is an exceptional hotel for quality and service. We were able to check in early to a spacious room with all the extras, hair dryer, mini bar, snacks, iron facilities and drinks tray. Great comfy beds and bathroom facilities. The car park is underground accessible from the rear of the hotel and is secure with a lift to directly within the hotel The breakfast is vast and great quality with the chefs regularly doing quality control of the food and dining staff efficiently clearing tables. We ate in the restaurant and it was good quality. I must mention the young man who served us as his customer service was exceptional not to mention his cocktail mixing skills! Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff were really helpful in helping us with the public transport and although the hotel is located on the perimeter of the city both tram and bus stops were located within minutes of the hotel and we’re easy to navigate with the routers app. All the staff we came into contact with were both helpful and professional and were all good ambassadors for the hotel group. I would not hesitate in a heart beat to recommend this hotel, thank you for the service.

Tôi chưa bao giờ trải nghiệm được ở bất kỳ khách sạn nào ở thế giới. Tôi đã ở phòng premium, nhưng chính sách này áp dụng cho tất cả khách, tôi nghĩ là kinh khủng. Cũng không thể được hẹn spa trong thời gian lưu trú. Hạn chế ưu tiên được đưa cho khách khách sạn. Tôi đánh giá cao bạn đặt các dịch vụ spa ít nhất trước một tuần khi đến. Ngoài ra, không có dịch vụ turndown, bất thường cho một khách sạn 5* giá cao. Dọn phòng cũng kết thúc rất sớm, hoặc không quan tâm đến khách không phù hợp với lịch trình của họ. Tôi phải làm việc trong phòng của tôi nhưng rời đi lúc 2:45 tối và nó không được dọn dẹp mặc dù đã tín hiệu phòng cần được sửa. Đội ngũ lễ tân lịch sự, nhưng lộn xộn. Nói chung các nhà hàng của khách sạn có vẻ tập trung hơn để phục vụ khách bên ngoài, điều này là một điều đáng tiếc.

great boutique hotel! only unfortunate thing is that the breakfast only opens at 8am on weekends so we missed it due to an early flight, but they made up for it with a breakfast to-go when we checked out!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Scandic Holmekollen. The hotel boasts a relaxing ambiance and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Perfect hotel to stay in, staff was super nice and helpful. After checking out, we have an overnight bus to catch, staff was generous enough to let us use the shower in the gym, we were super delighted to be able to revitalize ourselves. The staff asked us to be like home, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Breakfast is very nice, complimentary dinner is good too, with different dishes everynight. They even have afternoon fika time for a quick snack and coffee. Amazed by the service and commitment for every customer.

I stayed in the Junior Suite at Scandic Byporten and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect — directly connected to Oslo Central Station, which makes traveling around the city and to the airport incredibly convenient. The suite was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the large windows with great city views and the cozy seating area, which made the room feel more like a small apartment than a hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were professional, welcoming, and efficient. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, including local specialties. Overall, my stay was smooth and relaxing. The Junior Suite is definitely worth it if you want extra comfort and space in the heart of Oslo. Highly recommended!

Khách sạn đơn giản, nhưng sạch sẽ. Nhân viên rất hữu ích. Vị trí dễ dàng đi bộ từ ga xe lửa qua trung tâm mua sắm, nhưng nó không phải là gần trung tâm các điểm tham quan. Bữa sáng đơn giản nhưng rất ngon (thực Đánh giá cao gói ăn sáng do khách sạn cung cấp cho chúng tôi cũng; vì tàu mình đi Bergen rất sớm vào sáng sớm 🙂

Apartment in great location - easy and picturesque walk or quick subway to central station and downtown area. Great little kitchenette to cook your own meals to save $ with supermarket nearby. Bathroom with washing machine, our washed clothes dried overnight hung up in bathroom because of floor heating. Easy & quick check in process even though no reception. There are staff on site - I got extra towels as soon as I asked. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Oslo.
