CCindyTsangThe location is exactly in the town city. Tram is only 1 min away, 2 tram stops away from the centraal station. Perfect location!
The breakfast is great, but without mushrooms and enough fresh fruit. Only bananas and chopped fruits for yoghurt were provided. I love having breakfast in the den. The environment facing the river and the road, and the jazz background music is so relaxing. I don’t like having my breakfast in my room or in the lobby.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful offering help in person about how to use the washing machines and the dryers.
Fitness room is tiny. Dumbbells increase by 2kg from 4kg. The seat of the machine for lap pull is not secure, so I didn’t use it.
In my conclusion, the service is excellent, and room is spacious and new. I would love to come back next time.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhOld and spread out blood stains on duvet cover AND fitted sheet mattress cover (including a big one that had been covered with a pillow) were unacceptable. These could in no way have been missed by staff. Friendly staff offered snacks in the morning to go with the coffee. Location very good for transportation and going out. Rooms have very few amenities and extras (not even an extra roll of toilet paper), but the cafe/bar downstairs provides a nice area to sit.

TTài khoản kháchThis hotel’s winning points are the swimming pool, spa room and breakfast! The staff in the breakfast area are great. For the spa room, the first room given to us the sauna was not working so they needed to switch us to another room. We went from an amazing view to just looking over a roof of the building next to it. The manager in charge at that time said theyo have other available rooms that is similar with better view but we need to pay extra. It was a bit ironic. Nevertheless, we tried to enjoy the rest of our time there. It is isolated and a long walk from everything else so it is ideal for that kind of holiday. Best to take car and not public transport going there.

DDawn.R 芮莉This is a super hotel to stay at. In the city centre, a walk from all the shops and a short taxi ride from central station. It is also well maintained with clean and neat decor and helpful, polite staff. I thought 18 euro for breakfast was expensive but Starbucks is 5 mins away so we went there instead.

DDebsterPrima hotel, mooi ingericht, ruime entree, groot parkeerterrein (gratis parkeren). Vriendelijke ontvangst bij receptie. Bedden zijn boxsprings maar wel met enorme kuil in het midden. Bij douchen weinig druk op het water (kan gelegen hebben aan hoogte, zat op 10e verdieping) en water loopt slecht weg.

TTài khoản kháchDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W

TTài khoản kháchThe amenities is perfect, but service is really bad, I can’t quite believe this is service level of 5 star hotel. Working staff directly open my door at morning- TWICE, while I’m literally sleeping… there is definitely a system that you can check whether guest checked out or not right? How can it be possible to just open the guest’s door to see if they already left or not? That’s just plain rude and kinda ruin your mood

MMax | 冯至I’m pretty satisfied with the stay. Considering the price and the class of the hotel, everything was on an acceptable level! But I especially loved the location (although it might not be as convenient for some visitors, I benefited from it because of where I needed to commute to on a daily basis).
