O serviço é extremamente simpático e esforçado por agradar o cliente, desde a recepção, aos outros setores (piscina, jardins, bar, restaurante, etc). Quanto aos quartos, se tiver oportunidade, fique num quarto com vista para o mar. Os mesmos são espaçosos, com varandas grandes e dispõem de todas as amenidades que permitem uma estadia confortável. Limpeza impecável, bom colchão, almofadas, roupões e frigobar a funcionar na perfeição. A decoração dos quartos, como aliás, de todo o hotel, é muito agradável, devendo, no entanto, ter o cuidado em não descurar a sua modernização/manutenção no que respeita a pequenos detalhes (paredes, vidros dos chuveiros, madeiras, etc). O pequeno almoço é dos mais completos e com qualidade (quer a nível de oferta, como de produtos e serviço) que temos experimentado em África e, até, em comparação em muitos 5* europeus. Boa localização dentro da cidade de Maputo, o restaurante do hotel tem uma boa carta, e na zona existem vários restaurantes como opções bastante boas.

The location is good, 20 minutes by vehicle to the Airport, the Shopping Malls & restaurants are near by. The staff are having good service attitude, The room is clean and tidy, new cluster decoration. The breakfast is average but satisfactory for a business traveller like me. I will definitely come again.

It was as always a pleasure to stay in Terminus. Staff is very attentie and some staff in the restaurant remembered me from 12 years back. Room are good and clean, laundry service fast. Food is excellent. What more can one want at this price. And to my great pleasure some African Wildlife murals are back .

Hotel is well located. Check-in is easy and efficient with all the details and amenities explained. Breakfast is scrumptious and service is great. I was disappointed with the fact that you do not have access to an iron and laundry service only opens at 7am. Be prepared to attend meetings with wrinkled clothing if you arrive at night. Everything else checks the right boxes and staff are friendly and respectful.

The hotel is great, with good accommodation and service, but the air conditioning needed maintenance to work properly. A small improvement in this aspect would make the stay even more pleasant.

Standard absolut Europäisch, aber Gäste zu fast 100 % stark Pigmentierte. Suoer Standard, freundliches und nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr modern, dafür sehr günstig. Eine Woche selber Preis, wie früher renovierte 5 Sterne Hotels in Maputo, 2 Tage. Frühstück nicht europäisch, aber sind ja eh fast nur Farbige Gäste, was ich nicht ganz verstehe

Location is nice. Close to the mall. Room was clean. Breakfast is good. Very good price/quality in Maputo. Highly recommend this hotel

Right on the beach with a great view across to Maputo. It's a bit far from shops so bring supplies with you. Simple basic accommodation , helpful staff
