NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhStaying at Mega Hotel was a good experience. The room was spacious with super single beds and very clean. Toiletries were complete — even included a sewing kit and shoe polish, which is my first time seeing any hotel provide. There was also a proper workspace, perfect for my outstation work trip. Cuma satu je, bidet dia bukan jenis hose… kita ni Asian 😂. Overall, still a comfortable and satisfying stay.

TTravel•Eat•RelaxWe had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious. The food was great, and maybe for breakfast selection can add some ”kuih-muih” too. The view from the swimming pool is also nice, just that the edge of the pool, where the waters are draining down, need to be clean, seems like it's not being clean for ages...it was green .. Overall, it is a good place to stay, and just next to the shopping mall.

TTài khoản kháchThis is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!
