Staying at Mega Hotel was a good experience. The room was spacious with super single beds and very clean. Toiletries were complete — even included a sewing kit and shoe polish, which is my first time seeing any hotel provide. There was also a proper workspace, perfect for my outstation work trip. Cuma satu je, bidet dia bukan jenis hose… kita ni Asian 😂. Overall, still a comfortable and satisfying stay.

One of the receptionist counter staff was rude and asked me, “bila mahu cau,” which was very disrespectful. I am a regular customer, yet I was treated poorly by her. The other receptionists were okay; she was the only issue. Because of this, I rated my experience today 2.5/5.

Very good value hotel, located near the Bintang Mega Mall and local restaurants. Nice rooms big windows. Good shower, sink & wc. Working fridge, internet tv, kettle. Oddly, all the plug sockets - there are plenty - are on the TV side of the room. Lighting OK. A plug socket blew up on me, though the hotel quickly restored the power. Maintenance of loose & badly wired plug sockets needed Room #506. Staff good. Very nice hotel lobby with free copies of the day’s Borneo Post Bewspaper.

Traveled to Miri just a short staycation. Loved the resort. They willing do extra miles for our stays. Will come back again Walking distance to the beach and the best sunset Just the room a little strange smell

Absolutely blown away by the quality of service and overall experience. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. The front office staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right to choose and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I was also pleased with the amenities provided, including fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated near local attractions and public transportation is easy to call. It made exploring the area so much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience at a great value. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.
