Penginapan yang selesa disekitar Bayan Lepas. Lokasi terletak tidak jauh dari lapangan terbang Pulau Pinang. Ruangan bangunan SOHO komersial diubahsuai menjadi tempat penginapan. Terdapat dua bilik dan satu bilik air. Deposit diperlukan sebanyak RM200. Proses check in sangat mudah, dan parking juga disediakan.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Penang Marjorie Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The standout feature of my stay was undoubtedly the kindness of the staff. Every interaction was marked by warmth and attentiveness, making me feel truly welcomed. The room itself was another highlight. It was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable haven to relax after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities enhanced my overall experience. However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. The elevator system was somewhat confusing, especially when trying to navigate to the 4th-floor car park. It often required multiple trips between our floor and the lobby. Additionally, I noticed the elevator lights would occasionally illuminate without actually moving, which added to the confusion. Another area for improvement is the pool service. I attempted to reach out via WhatsApp to request service, but unfortunately, I never received a response. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as I had hoped for a more seamless experience while enjoying the pool area. In summary, while my stay at the Iconic Marjorie Hotel was enjoyable thanks to the wonderful staff and lovely room, I hope they can address the elevator issues and improve pool service for a smoother experience in the future. I would still recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Penang!

Location was far from the main pays of town. Very close to the airport like 15 minutes with no traffic. Service was top tier. Choice of restaurants were subpar, we used grab for alot of our dinner choices. Food at the hotel was not great. Overall 3.5/5

Kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời. Căn hộ được trang bị rất tốt. Có đầy đủ đồ dùng vệ sinh và bột giặt. Máy giặt rất hữu ích. Phòng sạch sẽ và hiện đại. Tòa nhà có hồ bơi vô cực khá lớn với tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp ra vịnh Queensbay. Có hồ bơi nông cho trẻ em, sân chơi, phòng tập thể dục, phòng chơi cho trẻ em, phòng trò chơi và khu vực thư giãn. Điều duy nhất tôi mong muốn là có thêm một cửa hàng tiện lợi ở tầng trệt, nhưng đã có một cửa hàng bên kia đường và máy bán hàng tự động ở tầng 13. Nhân viên bảo vệ luôn túc trực và rất thân thiện, tạo cảm giác rất an toàn.

Room got bad smell from toilet, have crockroach, many ants in the table, There is no tooth brush/tooth paste, no slippery, shower cap etc as amenities in hotel bed not good need change new bed, Towel not fresh still got bad smell.. bfast too spicy for local food, Hotel price not worth it, old hotel

Cleanliness still got room for improvement. No freeze Location well convenient for foods and goods purchased
