LLiana WalkerI was concerned about spending a night in Tijuana , I’m not going to lie , but so very surprised … I compare this hotel with the service and the facilities you find in a new hotel in Las Vegas . Probably better , because they take their time to know you and cater to your necessities. I highly recommend the Sunday brunch with their delicious mimosas , they will serve you everything you need you literally just sit there and enjoy their amazing food . The car was super well attended the whole night , and they won’t even allow you to open the beautiful glass door they do everything for you . Btw they speak English perfectly , and many employees also speak German and Italian .

TTài khoản kháchI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

TTài khoản kháchRight in heart of downtown, all bars & shops are tourist friendly along with prices. Few blocks from Zona Norte, if you like being in middle of action than Ceasers is your place. Family friendly, limited services outside of room cleaning but does have ample towels & toiletry with coffee/tea in morning. Guest friendly as well. Staff speak English but not having fitness center leaves it uncomplete. Pricey for limited options & standard room are tiny. Gets noisey if room facing revolutiones but ear plugs help. Ok for the money.

VVinny MontagWell, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

However, the first impression that the undersized lobby casts is reasonably disappointing. A scanty, compact 300 square feet area, serves as the reception to this behemoth of 30 plus rooms.
The minute scale of the lobby conveys a sense of congestion and leaves you yearning for a breath of spaciousness. This confined area undoubtedly generates an air of claustrophobic discomfort. It's a flimsy prelude to the expanse that a 30-bedroom hotel should authentically represent.
A walk through the confined corridors leads you to the rooms which, regrettably, also echo the narrative of limitation. As you move deeper into the quarters, the crimped dimensions unfold rather starkly. One can't help but consider the bathrooms as a mere afterthought. Suited to the needs of a minimalist, their size threatens to confine rather than accommodate. With showers that barely offer free movement, it's a restroom experience that is far from luxurious.
Furthermore, the room size itself epitomizes compact living. The accommodations, restricted in their realm, leave scant room for sprawling comfort. However, it's worth mentioning that for lone travelers or those with a penchant for coziness, the small room size can be a unique allure.
On a brighter note, this diamond in the rough does hold a surprising facet at its zenith. The roof of the hotel unfolds a panoramic view of the urban tapestry. Eyes meeting the skyline, skyscrapers standing tall like guard posts, and the city lights dancing to the beats of a never-ending nightlife, endow an unforgettable experience. Therefore, despite the hotel's petite dimensions and limited amenities, this aspect proves to be an intriguing silver lining.
Thus, to encapsulate, the hotel encapsulates an interesting dichotomy - of limited space and extensive views. It's an experience that tests your penchant for comfort against your desire to be close to the city's arterial pulse.
Undoubtedly, this hotel might not be the epitome of luxury, yet it offers elements that appeal to certain tastes while enhancing one's city stay with invaluable city vistas.
