This boutique hotel is good for rest, eat and go. Our room is spacious, clean and simple. Good, delicious dinner and simple breakfast. The thing we enjoyed most was the outdoor private onsen.

Excellent service from the staff. A lovely cottage. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. There wasn’t any air conditioning which made it unbearably warm, fortunately the temperature dropped as the night progressed and we had a good night’s rest

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is very clean and comfortable, we thank a lot the owners for telling us about the jumping salmons of Sakura falls, recommending us an izakaya and driving us there. We were only a bit surprised that towels are not included but they can be rent for a cheap price so it's a good environmental friendly initiative. Thanks a lot !

空間非常大 可以住一個家庭綽綽有餘 加上廚房可自行烹飪 以這個價格來說相當划算 兩年前住過相當滿意再次回來 有些許變化 廚房已不再提供簡易調味料 需自備

知床的酒店都還挺貴的，尤其在冬天屬於旺季，所以選了山上這家，走到山腳下711超市需要20分鐘，走到最近的餐廳也需要20分鐘。旁邊啥都沒。好在酒店有免費接送到BUS站（要打電話），開着國內100萬的alpha來接，乘坐體驗還不錯。第二天去知床徒步，人家也可以直接到旅館來接，蠻好。 定了日式榻榻米房，正好在新樓的二樓，對着院子。房間很舒適，也算寬敞。有公用的洗衣機，茶水機，製冰機--很愛。温泉也不錯，人不多，比網走的旅館大一些。 早餐是套餐，還行，要提前定好時間過來。不知道是不是因為春節旺季，兩個前台都是中國人，好溝通。
