Hot spring is spacious and beautiful. But it gets booked out very quickly. Rooftop hot spring is a little bit inconvenient. Staff can be more patient and friendly when explaining things and answering questions. But overall good experience.

We drove here and the check in process was smooth. However, it was a 1-2 minute walk to the house from the parking lot; not very convenient if you’re rolling luggage since the floor was pebbly. The dinner was good and the staff tried their best to introduce the dishes in English. The house itself seemed dated and probably could use some touch-ups. Your experience will largely depend on your neighbors because we heard them talking loudly when we were in the hot spring, and there is some moderate noise that reverberates when they walk up and down the stairs. Location was close to the wetlands and kuju mountains. This hotel shares a site with other cabins that are in the lower price range, and you can use their public baths if not busy. While I don’t regret booking this hotel, I would not stay again for 400+ USD.
