Great hotel but very little English spoken by the staff. Location is convenient for fast food and Fisherman’s Wharf and farmers market. A word of advice. Choose a larger room. I was there for several days and appreciated the extra room. I saw some of their standard room and they sure looked a bit small. Kuchiro is a compact city and easy to walk around on foot. This is a nice hotel. Restaurant is good, but breakfast buffet has very small potions to take. They are also very strict on their closing time. They expect you out when the restaurant is set to close. All in all I think the best choice in Kuchiro.

Các phòng rộng rãi, có phục vụ bữa sáng và bữa tối. Nguyên liệu khá tốt. Bạn có thể ở trong tòa nhà chính, nhưng nó không hướng ra hồ. Nghe nói, khu nhà phụ có tầm nhìn ra hồ! Có rất nhiều cảnh quan và hồ bơi suối nước nóng dưới lòng đất! Mất hai giờ đi xe buýt từ Kushiro đến đây.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with a welcoming and helpful reception team that made the stay even more enjoyable. The lounge is a lovely space to relax, and the breakfast offers a great variety of delicious food. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a restful stay.

Good location. 5-min walk from the JR station. Staff could not speak English. Room was very small. The hotel almost kissed the building of next door for those rooms below 5th floor. I was on the 4th floor, hence, I could only see the outside environment from a very narrow gap. WIFI was not strong in every part of the room. Be patient to walk around for the stronger WIFI connection. Not many shops around.

I am sad I didn’t get to have the free breakfast. The hotel is a little old but other than that there’s nothing to complain about. Great location to stop by.

This hotel is very new, local next to the bus terminal and actually part of the hotel is used for the bus office / terminal. They provide free drinks (including alcohol) from 3pm to 9pm in the restaurant, enjoy when it is available. The breakfast has a limited choice, but it is a buffet. The public bath is shared between men and women with time slots. Around 300 yen for washing but drying is free. The room was rather small but they put a huge double decker bed with a king size bed in the bottom, it was a comfortable sleep but not much room to move in the room. Key is using a number lock system which is quite interesting. A super huge TV in the room mounted to the wall. My room is facing east and I able to see sunrise in the morning. Note that there are quite a few pot holes from the train station to the hotel. During that day, when I move my luggage to the hotel, the wheels get stuck into a new filled pot hole and travellers need to be aware.

Khi đi du lịch một mình, phòng kiểu Nhật đối với tôi hơi sang trọng, haha. Đây là một khách sạn suối nước nóng cũ hơn, nhưng dịch vụ và cảnh quan không thua kém chút nào, tỷ lệ giá/hiệu suất rất cao. Phía dưới phòng có bến tàu du lịch rất tiện lợi. Tầm nhìn từ phòng cũng rất đẹp😍. Chuyến đi đến Dotō kết thúc với hồ Akan xinh đẹp khó quên. Nếu thời gian không cho phép, chắc tôi đã ở lại thêm một đêm nữa...

5月に初めて利用させていただきました。 駐車場も広く、大浴場もいい感じだったので今回は迷わず予約しました。駅まで歩いてすぐの距離なのでホームにある湿原の鐘、綺麗な夕日も見れました。 朝食は広々としていてガラス越しに朝日も入り、1日の始まりには良いですね。スタッフさんも感じの良い方ばかりで是非また行きたいと思ってます。 部屋からの眺めも良かったです。

Khách sạn này gần ga Kushiro nên rất thuận tiện cho tôi khi ở lại đó một đêm. Căn phòng đơn giản, không tốt cũng không tệ, nhưng không có máy lạnh, chỉ có quạt. May mắn thay, khi tôi đến thăm vào ngày 16 tháng 9, trời mát mẻ nên tôi có thể giải quyết vấn đề bằng cách mở cửa sổ và bật quạt, nhưng tôi không khuyên bạn nên làm vậy vào giữa mùa hè như tháng 8.

The hotel side is adequate but simple. The restaurant part should be avoided, food basic cheap and the worse of our two weeks in Hokkaido. Staff was unfriendly to say the least. There is a beer box at the entrance of the restaurant, but that is ”outside” . We thought we should take the beer before entering the restaurant, and that got the staff just about scream at us, because beer is sold inside! Breakfast is from 7 to 9 and while we were finishing our breakfast started at 8.30 waitress showed up saying we should be out by 9 as they closed! Very close to Akan crane center but the worse accomodation of hokkaido, to be avoided if you can. All other places we stayed people were most friendly!
