Просто замечательное место. Еда была на высоте, номер очень большой и просторный. Ванна под открытым небом тоже была отличной. Отдельная благодарность персоналу за такой теплый прием. Очень хочется снова сюда вернуться

Our staying here was a pure pleasure! And I must say, it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel is fantastic, sarrounded by montains and river. The free shuttle from Chino Station makes getting here quite easy. Enjoying the onsen was a delightful experience, offering pleasure for all your senses: the hot spring water, the sounds of nature, the beautiful scenery. The traditional kaiseki dinner was exceptional! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with a perfect blend of spices. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience that complemented the serene surroundings perfectly! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to escape and rejuvenate in nature, have a comfortable and pleasant holiday away from the noisy and crowded big city. this hotel room is new and also big.. with dining, living rooms and two toilets.. very suitable for family stay

今次本人是與家人自駕去長野縣旅行。若不是自駕的話，小水鳥酒店並不易到達。可能四月已過滑雪旺季。路上和酒店周邊的風景和氛圍都是一片冷清蒼涼。酒店據說翻新不久。所以設施乾淨企理。惟獨門前上斜波的樓梯級殘舊不堪。我們訂了酒店早餐和晚餐。食材都是本地新鮮產品。烹調味道尚可。因入住當天只有我們一組客人，貸切溫泉給我們一家輪流包場使用。一般般的沒有什麼問題。整體來說，這小小的酒店，沒有什麼令人不滿處，亦也沒有什麼驚喜之處。
