Una antica fabbrica ristrutturata che mantiene un fascino industriale ma moderno. La titolare è gentilissima e molto accogliente. I mobili antichi danno un tocco davvero unico.

We had a comfortable time at this hotel. Located just down the road from the station about a 2-3minute walk away, it was very convenient to get to coming into Parma by train. The area surrounding the hotel however felt just a little bit questionable at times, but then again the historic town centre is but a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill you up to start the day, and service there was quite attentive. We didn’t get to try the other facilities, though, since we thought the pool would be closed considering it was winter. Overall, we had a nice stay at Novotel, and would definitely stay again.

Considering its facility and price, it was a satisfying stay here: - Not immediately near the city center but by car, it takes only 10 mins which is not bad at all. - free parking lot is a plus - breakfast was simple and minimal but included - room is quite spaceful and modern, based on Italy standard - kind staff - and you can open the window Only down side was you hear everything. I’ll definitely come back:)

Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

Splendido Hotel progettato dall'architetto Pietro Zanlari. L'edificio è un'antica struttura agricola trasformata in hotel. Si nota il superbo intervento dell'architetto. Camere spaziose e funzionali. Si potrebbe migliorare non tanto la quantità ma la qualità dei prodotti del buffet della colazione, ma nel complesso lo consiglio. Simpatica la presenza di conigli e di una simpatica scrofetta nel giardino

Ottima la possibilità di avere un parcheggio gratuito. Ottimo il servizio sia di accoglienza che ristorazione. Le camere ed il bagno un po' spartane per essere un 4*. Nell'insieme è un albergo che si puo' raccomandare tranquillamente.

L'albergo èin posizione comoda ed è dotato di ampio parcheggio. In stile moderno, si sviluppa su due piani, ed avendo tante camere ci sono dei corridoi lunghissimi da percorrere per arrivare alle stanze, rispetto a dove c'è l'ascensore. Il pavimento del corridoio al primo piano, è un po disuniforme e scricchiola sotto i piedi. In qualche angolo è posato in maniera provvisoria. Il personale di servizio è un po' rumoroso, sia alla sera tardi, spostando al pian terreno, all'aperto in corrispondenza delle stanze, dei carrelli pieni di materiale vario, sia il personale che riassetta le camere al mattino presto, quando magari qualche ospite vuole riposare ancora. Camere ampie, letto matrimoniale big size molto comodo. Cabina doccia con un solo lato chiuso. l?altro lato della doccia, molto ampio, rimane aperto, senza vetro e quindi lascia uscire parecchia acqua se non si è un po' attenti. Ottima e ricca la colazione, sia dolce che salata.
