Fantastic hote its been a long time that im so impressed with the service in a hotell Looks unimpressive from outside but..... Modern clean great breakfast Wonderful service Rebecca was fantastic with her recommendation for restaurant s If I was in Bergamo I would not stay anywhere else

Excellent hotel & location. Breakfast buffet was good. All staff courteous. Room had everything needed - aircon, plenty of power point, with usb ports too. Sadly the room was tiny - have visited & revisited many countries across Europe, especially in the last 3/4 years & this was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, at the back of the hotel. The ‘standard’ room was merely standard - disappointing

Я бы не сказала что отель понравился. Нас поселили на 6 этаж, слышимость большая. Номер уставший. Тапочек не было пришлось идти на ресепшн просить. Воды тоже нет. Завтрак так себе. Омлет, яйцо, сыр бекон. Без разнообразия.

Basic hotel. Clean and good. Located just next to the train station. Friendly staff.

Citta dei Mille is a hotel I stay in regularly; it's a place I like. No complaints there.

This hotel is a gem that’s found in a city of Bergamo that the city itself is such a wonder of elegance and beauty of historic affluence. Certainly a very new hotel that has renovated much of adjacent abby building of acting cathedral. Ever staff is kind and sincere, trying their best for giving help to best guest experiences. Wish this hotel keeps that momentum and mindset.

Excellent location. We had 401 and 402 top floor which had balconies. Perfectly placed hotel, nice rooms and bathrooms and good coffee with a large TV and small fridge in room. Entrance is through pin codes on a keypad and this worked seemlessy and was very easy to use. Definitely would stay again..

This is a really nice little hotel in the beautiful Citta Alta of Bergamo.  I arrived after 7 PM so it was a little bit confusing finding the entrance, but if you arrive before you just go in through the restaurant. The staff is very nice, everything about the stay was enjoyable. It’s also located right next to the plaza, but it is not noisy Highly recommended 

Хотела бы обратить внимание, что заезд в отель с 15:00 и оплата за налог только по карте. Плюсы: отличное расположение отеля, хороша цена и чистая комната. Минусы: в день заселения мне не пришла информация про порядок регистрации в отеле и пришлось связываться со службой поддержки, это было не очень удобно, но после они мне прислали данные. Вся регистрации проходит самостоятельно через автомат, на стойке нет сотрудников, поэтому если возникнут вопросы или проблемы, то решить это можно будет только через звонок в поддержку.
