Front Desk, Room Service, Restaurant Staff, Housekeeping Staff all behaving good. Security Person always nice and helping to get Tuk Tuk to visit temples. We stayed for one night and our stay was very pleasant. Hotel is bit Outside of Kumbhakonam, but the neighbourhood is very quiet and pleasant. We could able to peacocks, ducks and other animals roaming in the night and early morning. The village and resort environment is very refreshing.  Restaurant food is good, but service is very late.

Overall the hotel is very satisfied. Their service is first class. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with luxury accommodation yet we find a baby cockroach inside our room.

Staffs are good. Environment is good. Rooms are neatly maintained. On a down side, bathroom needs to be properly maintained. Perks like tooth brush, tooth paste and shampoo were missing. Moreover didn't change the towel for next day.
