The hotel is done up to a nice standard. The reception, hallways and pool are lovely. The room was also a nice. We had a few issues with the room itself, the WiFi and the gym. The room had a damp feel to it and some of our things and the bed sheets felt wet a lot of the time.  The gym was not up to date and not in use. We couldn’t even use some of the equipment.  The WiFi did not work. We could not connect and when we did, it was slower than slow. The service was really nice and the staff were very friendly.

We stayed with a friend at this wonderful hotel. It was our 4th hotel in Goa and turned out to be the best. A very beautiful green area, a large clean swimming pool, a villa in a retro colonial style, resembled a museum. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are excellent, although not a buffet, probably because there are not many vacationers, but it's even better, we are very satisfied with everything and the attitude of the staff. Access to the beach and the main street is no more than 5 minutes on walk Thank you.

Quick one night stay. Good amenities, and a clean hotel. Nice pool and food options also. Only down side, we were informed we would receive complimentary drinks and also breakfast packed as we were departing early. We received neither. Overall a good stay with kind staff

We only had one night in Goa but this hotel made us feel welcomed from the start. They are right on the beach so the location is perfect Their service was all you need. We could easily walk to markets or the beach restaurants in minutes. The breakfast was also delicious and they made anything extra you desired and allowed us a late check out. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Расположение отеля хорошее, номера уютные. Бассейн маленький - если хотите выбрать отель для купания в бассейне, то вам не сюда. В целом отель рекомендую, расположение удобное, в самом центре, рядом магазины и рестораны, близклик пляжу

Casa de Goa is great value, brilliant location and the rooms are clean. A/C isa little noisy and not as modern or as could be expected but it fine. The TV is a Mensa puzzle but has sufficient news channels to keep up to date with current affairs- not much else. Breakfast is superb!

It’s not about the hotel but for trip.com.The pictures you have shown on websites of the hotel are totally different and mislea.After a long day from our home town to Goa Novotel was already very exhausting and further the rooms were biggest disappointment..it’s was late and raining heavily,last moment we booked another hotel.its was so claustrophobic,my husband started feeling uneasy the very moment we entered.
