The reception staff was very friendly when we checked in as well as throughout our stay. There is private parking available for 15€ a night but we opted for the cheaper option right as there are many available parking spots outside of the hotel. We ended up paying a little under 10€ for about 2 days. The room itself was very spacious and offered a lot of storage space as well as a mini fridge, which we had to plug in on arrival. The beds were very comfortable and rather soft. Close to the EU Parliament and about a 30 minute walk to the more touristy city centre or you can take the metro.

Strategic location. It’s within walking distance to Brussels Midi train station, where you can travel almost anywhere at your fingertips. The surrounding area is not as dangerous as many people claim. There’s a free 24-hour coffee machine, which is great for travelers like us. The only downside is that the lift is quite slow, and there aren’t many eateries nearby, at least for my taste.

I received an invoice by email on the morning of my departure, which indicated I had been charged twice for breakfast, once at the time of booking and once on arrival (which I questioned as I believed I had requested this when booking, but I was told not, so I paid). Despite this, on the second and last day of my stay I was refused admission to the restaurant for breakfast as I was not on the list, even though my keycard (see photo) clearly stated I was registered. Reception could find no record of my payment! It was only when I confronted them with the emailed invoice that they provided me with a voucher. The delay in sorting this out - compounded by one elevator being out of service during my stay, and the one remaining struggling to cope with demand (see second photo) - left me with insufficient time to eat much. Trying to sort the matter out afterwards with the hotel management was a frustrating process. Great location and clean room, let down by lousy administration.

It was a very good hotel. Good staff clean rooms and good amenities. Also bus stops are at a 2-3 min walking distance. There a restaurant near by but not many options are available. We did not try food from hotel. Even after you check out you can keep your luggage at reception and explore city without the worry of carrying your bag. Only downside is that, hotel is far from the city centre. There is a direct bus that takes you to the city centre and it takes approximately 40mins reach city centre.

BBinglvchaKhách sạn nằm rất gần Ga Brussels North và ga xe lửa đường dài Filxbus, chỉ mất 10 phút đi bộ. Có một đồn cảnh sát bên cạnh khách sạn. Cá nhân tôi không cảm thấy khu vực Ga Bắc nguy hiểm như những gì được viết trên Internet. Khách sạn rất cũ và sẽ không dọn phòng của bạn mỗi ngày. Chưa kể đến nước đóng chai, thậm chí không có cốc giấy hoặc cốc nhựa. Không cần phải nghĩ đến ấm đun nước. Những bình luận của người khác nói rằng việc lưu trữ hành lý ở đây rất không đều đặn. Thành thật mà nói, tôi không nghĩ là không đều đặn. Phòng lưu trữ hành lý bị khóa và được cung cấp biển số tương ứng để nhận hành lý. Sau khi đặt phòng, tôi đã hủy trong vòng 10 phút, nhưng khách sạn từ chối hủy. Kết quả là tôi đã trả 120 euro một đêm. Nếu khách sạn này có giá hơn 70 euro, đừng đặt phòng vì nó không đáng. TTài khoản kháchI prefered this hotel as it is close to the EU institutions. However, there are better hotels on other parts of the city. In booking, I didn't select the breakfast as I confused. When I arrived the hotel, they told me to include breakfast for 29$ per day, which was expensive. When booking, I read that there would be drinking water as complementary but there was only empty bottles and it should be filled in from a machine next to the elevators. Lastly, the room was noisy because windows are not noise dampening. The furniture was also outdated.

I walked everywhere from this location and was convenient with subway tram nearby and easy access to and from the central station. The hotel foyer and entrance was large and welcoming, service staff were helpful, there was also a gym on premise. The hotel room was a little dated and old although fairly large. The bathroom was fairly old and could need an upgrade soon although was functional and clean. The door and walls were thin and I could hear the doors slamming all the time (from guests coming in and out of their rooms) at all hours and in the morning, I got woken up by the cleaning lady vacuuming and always hitting the sides of the wall which was a little irritating. On one of the late evenings, I could hear the couple in the next room ****** *** as she was ******* ******. So yes, the walls/ceiling are thin.

However, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the central tourist area, and going back and forth can get a bit tiring after a long day of sightseeing. The room size is average, not too small, but with two open suitcases it felt a bit tight. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, though I personally dislike the half-glass shower door design that makes the floor wet (same issue here). The building and carpets felt a bit old and worn, but the room itself was clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best but good enough, and I especially liked the fresh orange juice machine. Staff experience was mixed, some were friendly and smiling, while others were quite cold. One disappointing part was when we asked about a late check-out; the answer was an immediate “no” without even checking availability, which felt unfriendly given the hotel didn’t seem busy.

The room looks quite old with old carpet and furniture but still functional. The bed is is small but comfortable. The toilet is small with basic soap and shampoo provided. The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions like the peeing boy statute, chocolate shops and souvenir shops all along the street. Lot's of food places and snacks like crepe and churros. Halal food is also easily available.

JJASON_PAIWe arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process. Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.

TTài khoản kháchThis is a new and trendy hotel near Brussels North Station. It has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby area as well as some reasonably priced room service items. This is a pretty new hotel and it opened in May 2025. The hotel is in a quiet area but there isn't a whole lot around. The main parts of Brussels are about a 15 minute walk away but being by the train station made it very convenient to make a day trip outside of the city and there is quick and frequent access to the airport. They offer breakfast at this hotel but at 25 Euros a person it is hard to justify. We also found a good self serve laundry spot nearby called Wash Club and got our laundry done halfway through our Christmas Vacation. The rooms were nicely arranged with a bench by the TV and a seating area by the window with a small table. There is a mini bar in the room but those items are pretty expensive. They have a coffee/tea station but they did not provide coffee or tea during our stay so we are happy we brought our own. The bed was pretty comfy and we got a good night's sleep each night. There are some interesting decor choices like a curtain in front of the large flat screen TV in an alcove. There is also a window for the bathroom that has blind slats on the outside of the bathroom. We felt the room was mostly fine but they didn't clean the glasses and the kettle could use some descaler. The bathroom was nice with conditioner, shampoo, body wash and body lotion. The shower provided good pressure and temperature but it had an open design and it was difficult to keep the water in the shower area. The towels provided were pretty new and soft but one had a noticeable stain and we would expect a hotel of this caliber to review the items being put in a room and bathroom. We felt we got a good rate when we booked the hotel and got to enjoy the busy city of Brussels and then relax at this hotel. We believe this hotel will improve because they have some nice facilities and good staff.

There is heating both in the room and in the shower There is air con set in the room( but I didn't try to see if it works) This hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from Brussels north station Minus The room look really old. May be 90s, if not 80s. There is no carpet on the floor. It is really clean but it is really cold to step on. Bring your own slippers. The room is dim. And some lights were spoilt. Even if was told it is a non smoking room, the room has lingering smoking smell. Someone smoked in this room before. I told the front desk, he said he will check but when I return from the city , the smell is there still. The bathroom has some odd smell. May b smell of roaches, or roaches in the pipes. The shower curtain smell of mould and damp cloth/ damp laundry. The heating stop around 2am. May b there is max amount of heating one room could use. Make sure you time your heating usage carefully. The wall is really thin. You can hear when someone is around the lift, going towards their room or what next door is up to. I can hear everything happening outside, on the street, from police car n siren rushing up and down, to people wondering on the street, their conversation. I don't feel safe here. I can't relax and sleep. I don't like the paper cup given together with coffee and the place to brush teeth. May be the hotel suffer too often from being stolen . But that make the hotel rating dropping from 1star hotel to guest house. The toilet spoilt in the middle of the night and you can hear water flowing all night. Need to maneuver with the old school toilet pull button . I appreciate the effort they maintain it but personally I don't like it. unless you have really early bus or train to catch, and is on a shoe string budget then it is your choice.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait. The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay. When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not. If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in. Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10). The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English. The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.
