Hotel maravillloso justo en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo. El hotel es precioso, la decoración exquisita. La cama és una maravilla, comodíssima (de las mejores que he probado en mucho tiempo), la ropa de cama y las toallas són de muy buena calidad y la ducha és fantástica. Ofrece un desayuno completo con producto de calidad en una salón muy coqueto. Posibilidad de plaza de parking ( pagando) y el personal es muy simpático y atento. Café y te gratuïto en recepción y cafetera nespresso en la habitación. Si vuelvo a Toulouse, sin duda volveré al Alfred Hotrl Centre Wilson! Merci per tout y felicidades por esta maravilla de hotel

The hotel is located very close to the city center. The staff is very kind, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and the swimming pool is a great advantage. Clean pool, clean water, and the perfect terrace to sit and drink a coffee. Was verry nice!

Vị trí khách sạn không gần các điểm du lịch lắm. Có nhiều nhà hàng gần đó nhưng hơi nguy hiểm khi về muộn. Nhân viên khách sạn rất thân thiện. Tuyệt.

Everything with the hotel is excellent. Check in staff and house keeping are nice. One thing needs consideration is to resume provisions of bath mat in the shower room. Its a safety measurements. The bath tub is slippery when the shower is on. Amenities like toothpaste, tooth brush, slippers could be saved but safety measurements could not be sacrifice.

Chủ nhà hơi lạ vì mình là thành viên vàng trong chuỗi này nhưng mình không book qua trang web của họ ... cũng nhân viên bảo mình không có quyền ưu đãi thường của mình. Khách sạn ở vị trí tốt. Hotel bien ubicado y céntrico. En mi caso la habitación que me ha tocado esta junto al buffet y con la ventana a un patio interior por lo que si eres alguien que no puede dormir con ruído posiblemente no sea tu mejor opción. Para mi personalmente me parece un hotel adecuado para viajeros que sólo necesiten una habitación.Si tuviese que volver a la ciudad probablemente lo elegiría.

The staff are very friendly; they helped us to check in late. The place is very clean. My room had a great view of the surrounding area.

We were able to park at the hotel and walk to the attraction, which was very convenient. The staff we encountered were lovely, and the room was very clean. There was also good free Wi-Fi and a wall-mounted TV. However, there were several drawbacks. We arrived at 9pm and found there were no staff on site. Instead, we had to use a digital check-in system to obtain codes for both the building and our room. As there were two of us, the system required separate details and email addresses for each guest before issuing the code, which was frustrating after a long journey. The restaurant next door was closed (it doesn’t open on weekends or public holidays), so we had to walk over a mile to find food, which wasn’t ideal late in the evening. The air conditioning was ineffective, it made a lot of noise but didn’t actually blow any cool air. We ended up opening the windows, but it was a very hot night, so this didn’t help much. The bedding wasn’t 100% cotton, which made it uncomfortable in the heat. Finally, the shower was extremely small and wouldn’t be suitable for a larger person. No carpets in the rooms.
