Проживание в отеле было комфортным, но служба обслуживания номеров позволяла себе три дня забыть о вечернем сервисе. Постельное бельё меняли раз в три дня…, но улыбаются и вежливо обещают .

Très bel établissement, peu de chambres, chaleureux et confortable. Très bien situé, quoi qu’un peu bruyant quand la chambre donne côté rue/terrasse.

The hotel is new! The rooms are large. Everything is compact and convenient! The staff is responsive and friendly!

We had amazing experience with Mercure hotels before, as we stayed in Marseille and other cities. But Biarritz Mercure President was perfection choice. We loved the hotel hall, tasty water for guests, nice elevators, we loved our spacious family room with amazing coastal design, great bed and fantastic set of pillows, nuxe refilled products. Good shower flow, good toilet function and nice a/c. We had all we need like safe, kettle, iron, laundry service, ready to help reception. Special thanks for nice breakfast space with terrace and various continental breakfast. Also it’s perfect option for those who rent a car there is indigo parking in few steps, and free parking 500 m walk, as you prefer.

Все хорошо: Расположение, сервис, чистота, номер, приспособленный для маломобильных. Всё ”убивается” узкими дверями лифта, в которые не проходит инвалидная коляска.

Struttura ben ubicata per raggiungere la citta’ a piedi,appartamento pulito con vista panoramica sul mare. Grande piscina esterna bella e pulita. Essendo un residence e non un albergo non prevedono la pulizia della camera giornaliera. Parcheggio comodo in struttura al prezzo di 8€,non abbiamo provato la colazione.

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the ”Fawlty Towers” of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

Un hotel confortable, con staff amable, buen lugar para descansar y disfrutar de la ciudad. En lo mejorable, el desayuno con comida caliente, esperaba cocinado y productos de mejor calidad en los huevos revueltos y el bacon. El frigorífico de la habitación no enfriaba nada y en cuanto a la televisión, los canales españoles no estaban sintonizados. Son aspectos fáciles de subsanar para una estancia 10.
