Right in the centre of Toledo you are minutes away from sights, restaurants etc. The room was a good size, spotless and a really comfortable mattress. Shower was on the small side but more than adequate; breakfast was waitress service which was great and there was a good choice. Staff were helpful and patient especially trying to get car into parking space for a would definitely recommend this hotel

TTài khoản kháchThe location is superb, near to the places of interests. Next to METRO. Ample free open-air parking minutes walk away, but may take a bit of figuring out. Rooms/Beds were good size, clean, odorless & comfortable. We had room heating kick-in but could quite figure out how to control it, fortunately the front desk resolved it eventually.

SSia01Good hotel with clean room and shower room.Private car parking at the hotel cost 14 euro per day and you can access as many times as you want within a day. But be careful of the second floor of the garage, it's very tight space.

It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very well located. actually if you’re coming from the train station it’s very near the escalators that take you up about eight stories, saving you the stairs. that alone makes it perfect for me. It looks like it was just renovated, and had very good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well priced. And the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Приятным бонусом были соки, колбаса, молоко и булочки в холодильнике, а также кофе. Имеется стиральная машина, правда мы с женой ей не пользовались. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Есть камера хранения багажа. Рекомендую этот отель

CChiwai ErhLove this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

NNoel Carpio1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock.
2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion.
3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria.
4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

TTài khoản kháchWe have stayed at this hotel several times when travelling through Toledo with our dog.
The fee for bringing our dog was €15 - about average. The hotel has a large garden area, which is great for walking dogs and letting them enjoy the outdoors but it is necessary to take care at this time of year with las orugas procesionarias.
Unfortunately the hotel bar and restaurant are not dog friendly, although the bar does have outdoor seating in the evenings where you can take your dog.
This hotel has nice big rooms, in a classic style. We noticed this time that the cleanliness of the room in particular could be better, specifically that the floor wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms are very large but the design of the shower could be improved - specifically to ensure the shower head can be moved.
Overall the hotel is spacious and pleasant, with a fantastic view across to the old city of Toledo and beautiful countryside.
It’s a recommend, notwithstanding there are a couple of things that could be improved.
