Wir waren zwei Nächte da. Alle wirklich alle vom Hotel waren sehr höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das einzige was nicht so angenehm war der Frühstücks Bereich. Von oben hat es gezogen. Ich denke das war die Belüftungs Anlage. Wir haben einen Platz gefunden wo es ging. Aber Sonst war alles wie gesagt super. Wir können uns werden Euch weiter empfehlen. Excellent location, near the main train station. Also walking distance from Konigsplatz from where there are bus and tram connections throughout the city. Good breakfast menu for this type of hotels. Small room but cosy, clean and fully functional. Good and convenient place to stay when on a short business trip.

Check-in was smooth and the receptionist was very nice. The bed was clean and the room seemed clean overall — except for one shocking detail. Minutes before checkout, we found a used menstrual cup on the closet floor. We had arrived late after a long day of travel, so we only went straight to shower and sleep, and didn’t notice it until the morning. This shows the room was not properly cleaned before our stay. For a hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue.

Great value for money! Very friendly staff to support our big group so that we could have breakfast together. Located in the heart of the city, perfect to start sightseeing trips.

優缺點非常明顯，性價比中等偏上。 優點：火車站一出門就是，太方便了。位處老城區，步行去市政廣場等中心景區在15分鐘以內。旁邊不遠還有一個東方超市，華人開的，各種中國物品（包括方便麪、調料）都可以買到。屋內環境還算乾淨，有熱水壺，但是被子比較小。餐廳很小，但食材很豐富，早餐有三文魚和各類水果。有意思的是圖2，前台大廳放了一個兵馬俑。 缺點：不像是一個商業化運營的hotel，例如沒有24小時前台，像是個温馨的家庭作坊。我們早上9:30左右到，被告知前台還沒有上班，衹有收拾餐廳的阿姨在，她人還不錯，告訴我們可以免費寄存行李，大概11:30前台才有人辦理check in?。 總之就是價格貴在火車站這，但是也還算好吧。

Trotz Mitarbeitermangel perfekte Preis - Leistung. Kann nur weiter empfehlen ;) Beim gleiche Angebot werde sofort wieder Buchen.

Vị trí tốt; rất đẹp với hồ bơi, xông hơi, v.v. nhưng dịch vụ có thể tốt hơn. Nhân viên thậm chí không nói tiếng Đức tốt như vậy. Lễ tân không có ở đó 24/7. Phòng rất nhỏ, không có AC, không thể đóng cửa sổ suốt đường. Nhưng tất cả tất cả trong tất cả vẫn là một khách sạn chấp nhận được để ở.
