High end hotel with robot and AI controls. Price is too good to be true. The front desk even gave me breakfast to go when I checked out, so heartwarming!

The room is clean and nice. Location is very close to Yueyang Railway Station, unfortunately I arrived and departed at Yueyang East station. The room has a bit of smoking smell, I left the window open for few hours and it was better. Be warned that bathroom is visible from outside; can watch TV while in the bathroom. A bit uncomfortable if stay with friends or relatives. Breakfast is delicious, good choices of Chinese food. Received a gift when checked out. Staff are very nice and friendly.

服務特別好，人很熱情，態度很認真。每天負責衞生的大姐，特別和氣，把住户當家人的感覺。 房間也很大很新，衞生間不狹窄。 也有一些缺點：空調不能房間自己控制，它是整棟樓一起控制的。導致你感覺熱，但物業或者其他樓層都覺得冷，那你衹能吹熱空調。反之就是你冷它也冷。 建議：房間弄單獨空調，或者你們那個窗户別衹能開那麼一點，我房間熱，外面冷，結果我開窗户冷氣都進不來。

The hotel is located very near the railway station (not the one for fast trains) and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the Yueyang tower (40 min by walk). Room are spacious and clean. The room service is efficient, and kind. I have found a hand-written welcome message accompanied by snack and fresh fruits. Breakfast included Chinese and some western food. Near the lobby there is also an ATM, a bar, and a few restaurants. Overall, Yueyang hotel is a place I would warmly recommend if you plan a stay in this city.

Dịch vụ: Rất tốt, các cô gái ở quầy lễ tân rất nhiệt tình! Tiện nghi: Tôi nghe nói nơi này mới được cải tạo, nhưng thiết bị phòng tắm đã rất cũ, cần phải tân trang lại. Áp suất nước đôi khi cao, đôi khi thấp. Màn hình máy chiếu quá cao và không thể điều chỉnh được. Vệ sinh: Vệ sinh rất kém! Tôi có thói quen đến khách sạn và lau nó bằng cồn. Có tóc trên bệ bồn cầu... Có rất nhiều tóc trên sàn phòng tắm... Có vết nước ở khắp mọi nơi. Trông nó thực sự bẩn, thế nên chúng tôi phải lật ngược gối khi ngủ. Lần sau tôi sẽ không ở đó nữa. Dù dịch vụ có tốt đến đâu thì cơ sở vật chất cũng không tốt so với mức giá này, diện tích phòng cũng rất nhỏ.

I've stayed in this hotel once before and I think it's very good for the price. My only complaint is they only had noodles for breakfast and only a couple of other Chinese things like steamed bread and porridge. It would have been nice if they had coffee and some not steamed bread so it could be taken away and eaten later in my room. But I suppose they don't get very many westerns staying there, so it's probably never been an issue to supply other types of food other than local food.
