The reception staff are perfect. They are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff are also friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for good food. The rooms are clean and pleasant but the automated lights are frustrating and the flush button on the toilet is on the side very low I'm sure I am not the only one who has to ask reception how to flush the toilet and if wearing shoes you have to bend down and press it with your hand as it won't work when wearing shoes. I am happy to recommend this hotel and again say the staff here are great.

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful . Breakfast buffet was good. The dining staff were very accommodating to my dietary requests… The hotel overall is very clean. They have a laundry room with two washers & two dryers. Availability of the laundry machines can be checked from the room TV monitor which ia very convenient. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops are around including a KFC next door 😉 Will definitely recommend and will come back and stay if coming to town again.

Very attentive staff down guests were loud at night and my tv was not working within minutes in the middle of the night they helped me tune out the noisy guests.

We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

Nice hotel...Very nice location, just in between the railway station and Tienyi mall, which is at 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is not served in the hotel but outside on a public square and it is way below the average. It looks more like lunch, it is too greasy and unhealthy. They should exclude this unealthy breakfast from their price, i.e. decrease the price for 15 rmb, and make it optional. Whoever wants can pay these 15rmb and eat that garbage.

200多住出了五星的舒適感。酒店在童泰園區內，很有特色，我們半夜回京路上誤打誤撞訂的，實在超出預期的好。九樓還有大片童裝工廠店，可惜娃已大，適合嬰兒去。總之難得評價一次酒店，之前大家的評價也確實真實。除了周邊啥也沒有，無槽點，哈哈哈

A Peaceful Stay in a Beautiful Setting I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean - everything a traveler could ask for when looking for a place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. What really made my stay special, though, was the warm and genuine hospitality. The staff, and especially the General Manager (GM), make me feel welcome and at home. If I find myself in this area again, I will absolutely return. Highly recommended!

This is one of the most beautiful stays I’ve ever had. The hotel staff was top notch and personally assisted me in everything I needed. I had even gotten stranded about ten kilometers out with no car to get back and they came and picked me up. I can’t wait to go back. Delicious food. Incredibly comfortable and an inspiring atmosphere!

Tôi ở đây 6 ngày, bề ngoài phòng nhìn ổn nhưng vẫn còn nhiều vấn đề, ví dụ như nước đột ngột ngừng chảy, tuy nước về sau nhưng giống như nước sông Hoàng Hà, không thể đều có thể sử dụng được! Nhiệt độ nước nóng thấp và phải để hơn nửa giờ mới ấm lên! Cả gia đình chúng tôi thậm chí còn không tắm! Cứ như vậy một nam nhân viên ở quầy lễ tân nói là ngang bằng! Đây có phải là tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn 4 sao không?Mong cơ quan chức năng có thẩm quyền nhìn ra những vấn đề này!
