I am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

Top class resort that exceeded expectations on all fronts. Within walking distance to hiking trails, mountains and tea farms and village. Butler Gerry was attentive and always find a yes to our needs during stay. 5 star service. Hotel lift to hill could be better designed with a covered link way from hotel ground rather than having to cross road and walk up hundred steps to take lift. A link bridge from lobby level to the lift deck will make this hotel perfect. Hill lift should start operating earlier so guests can go to top and see sunrise and morning clouds. These are the omly thing worth noting for future improvement. All in all, 5 stars. We will be back.

算是臨時起意的“説走就走”，因想盡可能好好欣賞天姥山上的風景，加之聽聞這家“雲遊太空艙民宿”好評度頗高，深受有娃的家庭喜歡；雖然最先選擇的艙型不太理想，然在與管家交流合理加價升艙後，住宿的體驗感還是不錯的～能收簾麪雲海，早起聞鳥鳴，夜聽秋蟲歌…；民宿的餐食相較酒店雖簡單了點，但味道還不錯（大廚服務很可，每餐必出來打招呼）；接送的客服小妹妹看着個子纖細，幫忙上上下下拎行李卻一點不含糊；當然最重要的是～天姥山的風光，確實多多少少讓人get到了李白詩歌裏所寫的“意境”……總之，瑕不掩瑜，總體上這是一次愉快的旅行！

Perfect hotel for a family short trip to escape a busy city like Shanghai. Less than 2h by train, not far from the train station. Very spacious hotel with beautiful view into the mountains. There is also a little lake and a tea field that belongs to the hotel. Great activities for kids like indoor playground, petting zoo, swimming pool - even if it rains, the children are easily entertained. Great breakfast with good coffee and Western breakfast with selection of cereals + toast. Very nice, helpful and attentive staff. Would definitely go there again.

It is located about 40 min away from the train station. It’s a good spot because it is quiet and you can access the scenic areas easily by taxi. You have nearby Dafosi temple ( 20 min), Mount Tianmu ( 30 min) and Shijiufeng ( 50 min) The room was comfortable and the service was good. Breakfast was included.

應該説整體是高出我的預期，雖然預訂之前也看到過圖片，但是到了現場，景色還是非常漂亮，入住的這幾天夜色降臨後，坐在草坪上納涼觀月聊天，非常愜意。服務也非常好，所有的工作人員無論是前台還是打掃房間的阿姨、餐飲部的員工，都很客氣，給人以親切的感覺，我帶去的寵物在我們外出遊玩時越獄逃出房間，很熱心的幫助解決。原計劃沒有打算在民宿就餐，但有一天玩耍得累了不高興外出，晚飯在民宿解決，意外獲得一致好評，第2天的晚上推掉了原先預訂的熱門餐館，還選擇在民宿就餐。總之如果下次再來新昌，這家會優先考慮。

I want to express my gratitude to the staff at Home Inn Plus Xinchang Grand Buddha Temple for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff's camaraderie and genuine care, even despite language barriers. The use of a translation app allowed for effective communication, creating a memorable experience. I also want to send out a special thank you to (Wu Shaojie, 胡紹丽*, and 单张小琴*) for their dedication and assistance, particularly in resolving payment issues with my US bank cards, helping me get a taxi, getting a SIM card and use their personal phones to make calls for me and translate to the person on the other side. The manager's gesture of waiving the upgrade fee exemplifies genuine concern and compassion in the hospitality industry. The hotel's location is ideal for work life balance, with numerous food options and a shoppinright across the street. The cleaning ladies are always very friendly despite language barriers. Always smiling and polite. 2023, I stayed for a total of 108 nights in different hotels and cities. The hospitality I received at this hotel is unmatched. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a good hotel only 5 minutes walk from the famous Buddhist temple in Xinchang, and a shirt taxi ride from Xinchang's main shopping area...so the location is great. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the room was clean and quiet.
