The location is good with good coffee shops, shopping and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. The check in was fast and efficient just 2 minutes 👍 The room is good, a little dated in places, but has a comfortable sofa, 2 TVs (didn’t use) and a large bathroom with sunken bath. 🛀👍 also the environment is quiet 🤫 with no noise from neighboring rooms. Water takes 20 minutes to get hot … a waste of water to take a hot shower or bath. The light for the bathroom is near and entrance so not convenient but is ok. If we come back to Qiqiha’er we will stay again. A good place with some minor quirks. TIP - walk to the bridge and then along the river for sunset in the park. 30-40mins easy walk.

Fantastic. Hemei may not be part of any international chain but the service level of the staff was on the same level as any Intercontinental, Marriott or Shangri-la that I have stayed in. From Linda at the front desk who upgraded us without us saying a single word to housekeeper Niu Ailing who wrote us a nice note to say how happy she was to serve us, it is the sincerity from staff like these who make this hotel worthy of its 5 diamonds rating.

Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request). It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs. Great location next to Wanda shopping center. The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close. The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit). The tub is big too. Highly recommend to stay!

Very clean, new and modern hotel. Location is great with a major shopping centre in walking distance and  a walking distance bus stop. Great lighting with various options for lights such as business lights, bright lights and so on. Smart room where the curtains and toilet are automatic. Room is very clean, relatively large with a very comfortable bed. Hotel is very safe where you will need to scan your room card in the lift to use the lift. The breakfast buffet is also excellent, there was a variety of food options and the food options rotate every day. Even though they have central heating and say they cannot turn the heating off, they can and you can also open the window. So basically you can regulate your own room temperature. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, would stay again.

這家酒店很贊！新裝修的，環境乾淨整潔，舒適方便。服務態度絕佳，前台小姐姐漂亮又温柔，還推薦幾個超級經濟實惠又好吃的店，保潔阿姨熱情像大姐姐，事無鉅細，感覺非常好，我們還去了他家的洗浴，裏面也是物超所值，29元門票還有小童淘氣堡，大型汗蒸房，休息大廳，真的是強烈推薦

The receptionist was polite and check in was smooth. The road, on which the property is located, did not look good. However, the hotel is near a main road and many stopping centers are near by. There is a pool club and bar near. There was just one tea bag provided for two people. However, on asking for extra tea bags they provided. Extra pillow provided. And the staff polite. Overall exp was good.
