環境、設施、服務、位置都很棒～～睜眼就能看見藍天白雲，客棧裏有各個餐館的菜單，可以直接送到客棧，還可以**餓了麼，送達在二樓花園吃。客房乾淨整潔，包括公區都很乾凈。客棧有電梯，辦完入住老闆還是會幫忙把行李送到房間，離文成公主看演出步行5分鐘，去布達拉宮開車10分鐘，推薦！推薦！

I have to give 1 star service for this hotel. This hotel should put having a local phone number is a requirement for check-in. They don't have experienced of handling non local guests. Front desk staff said they can't let me stay, because I doynt have a local phone number. They will assist me to cancel and refund. She said it so lightly, doesn't really care if I had long day, if I'll be able to find other place to stay. However, when I show her my booking from trip.com (in English), asking how can I cancel this? It's after 6pm. She said she doesn't know how to read English. I told her that the other place allow me to leave HK number as my contact number, and I can receive phone call, why can't I do that here? She was about to call my HK number, but then she can't find + dial? Then she said she doesn't know how to call non local number. She said maybe need to register for international call? Strange, cause Didi driver call me on my HK number all the time. It was late, no point argue-ing and I don't feel like searching for another hotel, I don't have any options. I gave a local number, told her it's a friend's number; and she let us stay.

Chúng ta không sợ không biết hàng mà sợ so sánh hàng. Không có hại gì nếu không có sự tương phản. Ở tại một khách sạn khác ở Lhasa một ngày trước khi nhận phòng. Du khách nói, đừng thay đổi khách sạn, điều đó sẽ giúp bạn tránh được rất nhiều rắc rối. Nhưng tôi nhất quyết thay đổi, nói với họ rằng việc trải nghiệm những khách sạn khác nhau là một phần của chuyến du lịch. Hóa ra nó đáng giá nếu bạn thực hiện chuyển đổi phù hợp. Hai khách sạn ngang nhau về giá nhưng Snowy Paradise rõ ràng tốt hơn khách sạn trước rất nhiều về cơ sở vật chất, dịch vụ, view và bữa sáng!

We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

Một sự lựa chọn rất tốt. Có một lời chào từ quầy lễ tân khi bước vào. Dịch vụ lễ tân nhận phòng là tốt. Khi chúng tôi đến tầng, nó được trang trí theo phong cách ********-Trung Quốc. Bước vào phòng còn ngạc nhiên hơn. Phòng có chiếu tatami. Bạn có thể ngắm Cung điện Potala từ chiếu tatami. Căn phòng sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp. N*** cả bữa sáng cũng rất phong phú và rất được khuyến khích

The hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel. The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage. The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app. There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
