Khách Sạn Có Chỗ Đậu Xe Tại Kim Hoa

It was our second time in Kingdom Hotel and we plan to stay always there. The staff is really outstanding. They helped us to change our booking even after the cancellation period, because of the flight delay. Kelly, that can speak English, was incredibly nice, and she asked for a driver to collect at the airport our Apple power bank, without CCC mark, otherwise it would be retained by the authorities. When we returned to the hotel 2 days later, it was stored at the reception and we picked it up. We just needed to pay for the driver. We have no words for this kind gesture. Amazing! The staff really cares about the customers needs and puts themselves in their shoes. We will definitely come back to Kingdom Hotel.

Khách sạn có vị trí tuyệt vời! Rất thuận tiện, với nhiều nhà hàng và siêu thị gần đó, cung cấp nhiều lựa chọn ăn uống. Có một cửa hàng KFC mở cửa 24 giờ n*** cạnh khách sạn, và cửa hàng kem Mixue và cà phê Luckin chỉ cách đó một con phố! Khách sạn cũng rất gần trung tâm thương mại; bạn có thể mua cà phê ở tầng dưới vào buổi sáng. Quán cà phê ở tầng dưới có không gian dễ chịu và phục vụ pizza và bánh ngọt; rất nhộn nhịp vào buổi tối, với nhiều người tụ tập ở đó trò chuyện. Các phòng cũng khá đẹp, rất sạch sẽ, hầu như không có bụi và không có mùi. Các tiện nghi rất thoải mái, và hệ thống đèn tự động hoàn toàn làm cho buổi tối rất ấm cúng. Giá cả rất phải chăng; có nhiều khách sạn trong cùng tầm giá gần đó, nhưng khách sạn này thực sự nổi bật. Ở đây tôi cảm thấy như đang ở nhà. Tôi đã đặt khách sạn này trên Ctrip mà không chút do dự, và đó là một bất ngờ thú vị. Tôi vô cùng hài lòng với kỳ nghỉ của mình. Dịch vụ lễ tân rất tuyệt vời, và nhân viên rất hữu ích trong việc làm thủ tục trả phòng và giữ hành lý. Tôi đã giới thiệu khách sạn này cho bạn bè của mình rồi!

This are many good things that I like and one thing that can break the deal.  I like the room because it is bright. It has many lights. It is big too. I like the virtual assistant whereby you can control the curtain , the lights, the air conditioner and the VA is also smart enough to reply ‘yes’ in different way. The air conditioner however seems to have one temperature setting. It is always too cold or it keeps on blowing air and doesn’t have a thermostat.  The room however has no shelf space. No closet, no rack to place your luggage. The bathroom its translucent so a person taking shower , one can see a figure. I like the sofa and the table but the chair doesn’t like stable.  The breakfast is buffet style. It has quite a bit of variety and it changed on the 2 mornings that I ate there. There is a snack after 9 pm . I waited 25 minutes for a simple bowl of noodles. There were 5 people ahead of me and each bowl of noodles required time to heat up.  The staff has cold bottle waters in the lobby. There is no fridge inside your own room.  There is a washing machine and laundry that one can use for free. The staff said it would take out my laundry from the washing machine and put it in the dryer and they did. However , one inconsiderate guest took out my clothes from the dryer when they weren’t completely dried. He had 4 or 5 things to wash and he used 2 washing machines. I think because it is free and the guest wanted to maximize the usage of the free things. The hotel cannot control this kind of behavior. It is better if the laundry room is behind lock doors and only the staff can access it and of course, wash the clothes for the guests.  The toilet is something that I didn’t like. The moment you sit down, it flushes water and then if you move, it flushes again. But the problem that I had was the water was so strong that my buttocks were wet. I told the staff and he came to reduce the water flow which solved the problem.  One my last night there, I went to the bathroom 4 times and the last time I  was shocked to see a cockroach on the floor. It wasn’t moving but I wasn’t sure so I killed it. I dislike cockroach in any hotel. If I see this comment ( about cockroach sighting )  , I wouldn’t have stayed there because I am afraid there is an infestation and there will be cockroaches crawling all over me and enter my packing cubes , my clothes and my luggage. I was thinking it would be best not to write it in the comment if the hotel staff said they will would fix the problem. I spoke to the woman who welcomed me the first day. She was very nice and positive up to that point. When I told her about this issue , she said 沒辦法, it is impossible to resolve or there is no solution. Granted, this hotel has 8 stories and it is big. Eradicating pests and cockroaches, ants is not a simple thing but it is certainly not impossible. If China can collect samples from the moon and send astronauts to their own space lab, why is exterminating cockroaches be 汲辦法? Instead of taking a systematic approach to prevent further potential infestation , she said it is not possible.  I like this hotel. It has a lot of potential. The staff was helpful and always eager to help. The room is the best that I stayed in for my  trips and one of the best. ( the one in Pu’er is even better because the staff took my clothes, wash it, dried it, fold it and return it plus there was no cockroach problem ).  I hope the staff will take note of the opportunities presented to them by the guests , and make improvement. If I were to give a score, it would be 8/10 . 2 big points taken out because of the cockroach. 

Nhìn chung, khách sạn rất tuyệt vời. Vị trí thuận tiện, gần các điểm tham quan, yên tĩnh và thoải mái, rất sạch sẽ, và dịch vụ ấm áp và thân thiện. Các tiện nghi trong phòng đều mới, trải nghiệm tuyệt vời, và giá cả rất hợp lý. Tôi rất hài lòng và highly recommend! Dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp; tôi quên tấm lót chuột, và lễ tân đã mang đến cho tôi bằng robot. Họ cũng tặng tôi một bữa sáng thịnh soạn miễn phí.

入住的是廣州街店的花庭房，酒店在廣州街香港街裏有很多店，散落在景區各個角落，各種房型。這兒衹介紹花庭房。花庭房型在景區最裡麪，步行到入口大約八分鐘（也可叫接駁車免費接送）。花庭房區域裏有很多古庭院建築，每座建築裏有幾個房間，有一樓的，二樓的。一般一樓的面積略大，有庭院。二樓的面積稍小，有陽台。廣州街香港街下午一點開園，晚九點閉園。住在裏面的則可以享受24小時進出，不需要這個景區的門票（如要去其它景區，則需要購買聯票，199元一張）。這裏閉園的時候，不論上午還是晚上，遊蕩在空盪盪的街道里，那感覺，驚悚嗨皮**。。一股腦兒竄出，非常奇特。。。房價因淡旺季有高有底，如果淡季非週末來，住在這裏那性價比一百顆星！房間乾淨有特色，服務完美無挑剔！早餐豐富應有都有。綜合評價五顆星滿分！極度推薦。

N*** khi tôi đến sảnh khách sạn vào khoảng mười giờ tối, tôi đã được cậu bé lễ tân chào đón với lòng hiếu khách năm sao. Sau lời giải thích của anh ấy, chúng tôi nhận phòng khách sạn một cách suôn sẻ. Căn phòng rất sạch sẽ và chiếc giường rất thoải mái. Khách sạn còn cung cấp bữa sáng kiểu Trung Hoa và phương Tây miễn phí cũng như dịch vụ ngâm chân. Khách sạn này rất gần cơ sở kinh doanh và xung quanh có rất nhiều đồ ăn ngon nên bạn không phải lo lắng về việc không tìm được đồ ăn khuya. Có máy giặt và máy sấy ở tầng một Trong khi giặt đồ, bạn cũng có thể ra sảnh để thưởng thức kem, cà phê và nước trái cây miễn phí. Đó là một khách sạn rất được khuyến khích, tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại lần sau. Cảm ơn bạn đã phục vụ.

Chúng tôi sẽ gọi cho bạn nếu bạn để lại đồ sau khi rời khách sạn. Nếu bạn quên một bộ quần áo trong phòng, khách sạn sẽ liên hệ với chúng tôi n*** lập tức. Điều này thực sự tốt. Dịch vụ tổng thể của khách sạn rất tốt, lễ tân phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, đồ ăn sáng đa dạng và rất ngon. Ở lại tương đối thoải mái, phòng tắm tách biệt khu vực khô và ướt, phòng rất sạch sẽ, cũng rất gần Thành phố Thương mại, chỉ mất vài phút đi bộ đến Thành phố Thương mại Quốc tế Quận 3. rất thuận tiện và rất thân thiện với những người trong chúng tôi đi công tác. Tôi rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm của mình sau khi lưu trú tại khách sạn này. Nó có môi trường trang nhã, dịch vụ chu đáo, tiện nghi hạng nhất và độc đáo một cách tự nhiên.
