Atour Hotel @ Puning gave us the best experience like our own home, the warm hospitality provided by front counter staff - excellent. They taking care of each checking in guests so detail that until they have prepared raincoat & mosquito repellent for our short visit to the villages. during our stay at Atour - we encounter raining day , when we go out (waiting for the hired car) the staff automatically passing us umbrellas. Atour also provide us with the free laundry - this free laundry not only provided machines and dryer, there always a staff that to assist you and take care of your laundry, when laundry completed - fold and put nicely into the laundry bag with your room number (some of them they even send it back to individual room). As a frequent traveler, hotel like Atour (Puning) should be a trend and this will be a winner for hotel service provider. Atour even have a library filled with many text books for our reading, all those books are very interesting cover many topic. Atour also provide a ” Tea session Place” for your convivence - which you would not be able to find elsewhere, I guessed after Atour, many other hotels might copy their concept as well.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was reasonably clean. If only they provide all day coffee and maybe ice cubes service. Then it would be excellent excellent.

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

挺後悔前兩天住了其他酒店，沒早點看到巢滙，真的是沒有對比就沒有傷害。 房間：在網上看到酒店房間視頻還挺驚喜，挺像我去年在西藏拉薩住的房型，方正，廁所和淋浴分開，我比較敏感，對氣味、空間的能量很看重，這個酒店從進前台、走廊到房間，都沒異味和讓我不舒服，説明能量很好。 設施：床墊支撐力很好，我朋友腰椎不好，對床墊要求很高，也沒聽他説睡得不舒服。有超大投影儀、智能紗窗，日常洗漱用品準備得也很齊全：除了基本洗漱用的，還有針線包、女士皮筋和發貼、浴袍… 服務：酒店前台、阿姨等工作人員態度非常好，和藹可親 交通：酒店去揭陽古城、市政府、盧前夜市、榕江邊都非常方便，打個車或騎個共享電動車就能到附近的景點

Tốt: Vị trí nằm trong vòng 15 phút đi bộ đến các con phố ẩm thực và chợ đêm sôi động của thị trấn Hepo. Cô chủ quầy lễ tân rất lịch sự và cung cấp dịch vụ khách hàng tuyệt vời với nụ cười chào đón nồng nhiệt. Tôi đã được trả lời nhanh chóng & yêu cầu của tôi được trả lời nhanh chóng & lịch sự với lời phản hồi hài lòng. Phòng điều hòa ấm áp và mát mẻ hoạt động hoàn hảo.  Không tốt: Nệm giường hơi quá mềm đối với sự thích của tôi. Mùi thuốc lá của người hút thuốc đi dọc hành lang xảy qua cửa phòng đóng cửa. Các gợi ý cho quản lý khách sạn này nên tách biệt & tách những người hút thuốc lên một tầng khác của khách sạn này. Những người không hút thuốc nên được ưu tiên thở thở trong ”không khí không hút thuốc & sạch sẽ” khi ngủ. Dù sao thì những người không hút thuốc trả tiền tương đương $$ để có một phần nghỉ ngơi tốt mà họ xứng đáng. Những người hút thuốc nên trả thêm phí dọn dẹp cho bụi mà họ đã hạ ở khắp mọi nơi & đầu thuốc bị cháy vào tài sản của khách sạn. Khách sạn ồn ào, không lịch sự & tự thân thiện, nói chuyện ồn ào khi đi bộ đến phòng của họ lúc 3h sáng.

Location: Great location, just next to the airport, but it is not really walkable to the airport. There was a back entrance at the Hotel but we are not sure if there's a side/back entrance to the airport as the main entrance is pretty far as we tried walked 5 minutes and still couldn't reach the airport main entrance and turned back to catch the free shuttle services. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport. Cleanliness: The room was spacious and clean. We stayed for a night and left wee hours in the morning, thus not sure about housekeeping. Service: Front desk staff was helpful but can't converse in English. Facilities: This is a typical business hotel. There were ashtray. Provide only basic toothbrush and toothpaste set, no shower cap. Only 2 power outlet, 1 at the desk and 1 next to the bed. The room is clean and spacious and the bed is comfy. Overall: We choose this hotel as it is near to the airport as we have an early morning flight to catch. We checked in late as we transferred from another hotel in Ancient City and only stayed 1 night.

Staff were helpful and friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Location was a bit far from main points of interest; it was walkable but not a pleasant walk and shops nearby were not super interesting. There was a 24h convenience store across the street at least. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the hotel breakfast was decent. They advertise a fitness room but apparently it's been closed for a year so the entire floor is not available. Laundry is free but it's one single machine and with no instructions (but staff was able to help). The hallways smell like cigarettes/smoking and our first non smoking room had the smell too but it wasn't too much of an issue inside the rooms for the most part. Beds were comfy and there was enough privacy for a comfortable stay. The elevators did had an issue and they closed one and then both of the elevators for a short time when we were forced to use the stairs but I'm sure this is just an anomaly.
