The hotel is near to Bern station and just take free tram or buses to explore city of Bern. We stayed 2 nights here but unfortunately 1/8 is Swiss national days, all shops are closed including supermarkets like Coop

很愉快的住宿經歷，房間整潔周圍安靜，雖然是老房子設施簡約，細節維護到很好，床品非常柔軟舒適，衞生間很乾凈，附近有電車可以直接到老城區景點。 老闆非常熱情，拿着地圖幫我們介紹了最合適的遊覽路線，節省了我們的時間。 早餐傳統的歐式，現烤的牛角麪包酥脆配咖啡很好吃，有很有趣的彩色雞蛋，餐廳的女士也很細心。 建議check in晚的提前聯繫, 歐洲的工作時間不是24小時。 最後一天的早飯記錯時間，去時早餐開始收餐，還是讓我們拿了麪包在路上吃。 答應了給老闆寫評價，希望他看得懂中文。

Booking a room for 3 adults, they will provide sofabed. But for us, better the sofa bed is folded. The twin bed, become one, was enough for 3 adults, and the room was more spacious. Water dispenser is provided near lift, and ironing room in each floor. there is no refrigerator inside the room, but we can leave food in the hotel refrigerator. Near from bus stop, its easy from bern station

Mọi người ở quầy lễ tân đều thân thiện và để lại cho tôi ấn tượng tốt. Thoạt nhìn, nó trông giống nhà riêng hơn là khách sạn, nhưng vị trí tương đối dễ tìm nên tôi không cần phải tìm. Phòng sạch sẽ và an toàn. Nếu tôi phải chỉ ra một khó khăn thì đó có thể là vòi sen và nhà vệ sinh dùng chung. Tình cờ tôi ở phòng cạnh vòi sen/nhà vệ sinh nên không cảm thấy bất tiện. The location is good for rail connections and tram into the city. The nearby area is mostly quiet with only a few shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable. The breakfast food choice was good, the restocking of food and tableware was at times slow, needs more staff checking regularly and refilling empty stations efficiently, especially the cheeses, hams, condiment pots, breads, tea mugs, and glasses. The reception staff member at checkout was unsure if we had paid for the room or not at check-in. We believed we had paid for the room but needed to pay for breakfast. We were given a bill for 1 night plus 4 days breakfast. Which is incorrect no matter if we had paid or not for the room at check-in. Confusing and doesn't leave you feeling confident about your bill.

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

Một khách sạn giá tốt, cách trung tâm thành phố 20 phút đi tàu. Quầy lễ tân lúc nào cũng xa cách, nhưng may mắn là mọi vấn đề đều được giải quyết nhanh chóng theo đúng quy trình. Bạn sẽ được cung cấp vé một ngày đến thành phố Bern, có thể chi trả chi phí đi lại cho chuyến tham quan. Khách sạn được kết nối với trung tâm mua sắm nên việc ăn uống hoàn toàn không thành vấn đề. Ngoài ra còn có một hồ bơi lớn với các vật dụng giải trí có thể sử dụng miễn phí.

Amazing place, kitchen has everything, microwave, salt and pepper (just no oil) utensils and cooking equipment is all in good condition. Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully.

nice balcony, hotel size is decent and good breakfast with variety! a short walk from the train station and short stairs up to the hotel itself
