Beautiful hotel in the centre of Bruges. Our room was immaculate, the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good time range Service in the bar was quick and friendly. The Xmas decorations were lovely. We would/will go back to this hotel.

El servicio excelente, con el extra de que antes de la hora del check-in ya teníamos la habitación disponible. Ubicación excelente y los servicios compartidos con el Duke's Palace (recepción, desayuno...). Es conveniente saber que, aunque te llevan las maletas hasta el hotel, este se encuentra en un edificio con algunos escalones que se deben de salvar en los pisos superiores, pese a contar en ascensor, por lo que debe ser tenido en cuenta para las personas con movilidad reducida.

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

Absolutely looooooved this hotel! The room was huge, the king size bed was so comfy that I didn’t even wanna roll out of bed to have breakfast! I felt like a queen for a night but at an affordable price. Staff are all really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Bruges again. I’ll also recommend this hotel to everyone else.

A great find - this super-clean and modern hotel was perfect for an overnight stop.  Rooms were very clean with everything needed in case you’d forgotten your bathroom bits.   Lovely restaurant with superb breakfast.  Good choice for evening snacks or dinner too.  Located just on the outskirts of Bruges it’s a 3km walk into the main square, perfect for us.  Lovely lady on reception was so kind and helpful, making check-in so easy.  Surrounded by a field of sheep one side and cute little pathway the other, a real little gem.  Highly recommend.  One mention is the room windows are terrifyingly dangerous and the pillows aren’t the best!

這個住房很好，奇怪的是酒店大門距停車場五十多米，問題來了，地上鋪的小石塊路，箱子要自己拉進去，你們就明白一路轟隆隆的聲音了，為什麼沒有一條平路呢？我也第一次碰到酒店大門遠離停車道的設計。酒店前台在我入住的接待員非常熱情，以後碰到的都是要讓我吼出臟話的人。下午四點我在房睡覺，有人敲門就直接開門了進來，在我喊問中關門走人了。我去前台問發生什麼情況！回答説可能是檢查打掃衞生的人，二個前台沒有一個是和我説道歉的，一個前台老太告訴我應該掛個牌在門上免打擾，反正應該是我做錯了，這個處理方法讓我吃驚。退房還卡，那個前台很認真的檢查了一遍告訴我，要交城市税。在歐洲住房過的人都知道，不先付城市税是門卡也拿不到的。我衹能説，這個酒家工作人員的專業非常之差，這些前台工作人員一定想讓這酒店上比利時的漫畫。

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

the location was fine - close enough to get to some of the main attractions/canals with a short walk. NOT on a main drag, which we prefer for quiet. The property has apparently won some awards in the past, and had a nice dining room area, bar area, outside courtyard, but it didn't sweep me away for whatever reason. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient but not effusive - not that I need that but ya know... Not a complaint per se, but more of a 4.5 out of 5 star experience, though I did rate them 5 across the board for this survey and our off-peak experience.

What an amazing little hotel! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. We booked the budget canal room and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed people watching (the bridge) and the sparkly water reflecting from the lights. Really clean and spacious. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here!!

Great location, breakfast is okay but hot food is very limited. Overall is good but need proper laundry of towels, they are musty and stink, the smell sticks with you after drying yourselves with them.
